Auslogics BoostSpeed 11 - I get messages saying that a high resource consumption has been detected. You may encounter extreme PC slowdowns.Tell me what to do?

One of the reasons I purchased Ausilogic is to help me with performance. My computer freezes up for 10 seconds or so every few minutes. I don't know if hardware is failing, if there is a miscatch among compenentry.
How can we use your products to solve it.
So far, I haven't been able to eleminate this problem

I am no longer able to receive emails but can send them, I have heard that there could be corruption in the system, can you help with this issue?
I have tried by re-installig the software,but I find all the settings arestill there, whereas I used to have ti restore backups.

I did a rigorous cleanup and driver update on a old(er) laptop, after years of limited maintenance. Using Auslogic software (driver update,bootspeed,duplicate finder) and some manual cleaning/updating, Something went wrong, not sure exactly where. Now I can not use/connect bluetooth devices anymore. I tried to solve it by doing some reasearch on the internet but can not find the solution. Otherwise the Laptop is working fine and is a lot faster.
Enclosed you will find some information of the laptop and screenshots of what I think is relevant information.
I also noticed that Bluetooth is not longer available at the 'action center' and 'device manager'. The latter one still shows some bluetooth devices but is hidden and do not seem to be the relevant items.
In 'Settings> bluetooth and other devices', the previously connected bluetooth devices are still there but it clearly states that bluetooth is turned off.
Could you please advise me on how to solve this.

Enclosed a couple of prinscreens of the systems and the above mentioned screens.
FYI I am an experienced user, however certanly not a Windows specialist.

Auslogics BoostSpeed 11.2.03.01 Can Not update to 11.2.03.03 Please help!

I have tried several times to update Windows 10 Home but continue to receive error message Ox80073712 .Can you help?

Have been getting error 400 messages lately, like a lot! Mostly I can just highlight the text in the sedarch box, press enter again and I get where I am going but this isn't right. Help!

Hello Support. On 02/13/20 I purchased an iBUYPOWER gaming desktop from BestBuy:

•model BB971 which includes the TUF B365M-PLUS Gaming ASUS motherboard, Intel 15-9400F, 6-Core 2.9GHz (4.1 GHz Turbo) NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 6GB. It has a 240GB solid state drive & 1TB SATA III hard drive. And includes Windows 10 home edition. (see CPUID report attached for further description)

However it continues to freeze up at various times throughout the day for typically about 4 seconds. So I tried a number of repairs after researching this problem on the internet; where I saw that many other people have had this same issue. None of those repairs have worked so far. Notably, I have NOT revised the BIOS as it appears to have the latest version: 1201 dated 07/15/19.

Do you have a solution for this? I love this desktop and have already loaded all my applications, so really don’t want to return it for a new one.

When loading Auslogics Disk Defragmenter, I get the following message box:

Auslogics Disk Defrag 9

An error occurred while loading Library.dll.

Error code: 0x0000007E
Error message: The specified module could not be found.

I've tried to uninstall the program, but get the message box:

I am having ongoing issues with my MSI GL65 Leopard suddenly "freezing" (GUI becomes totally unresponsive) while I am streaming, using cloud drives (One Drive, SharePoint, etc) or have multiple applications running in Windows (Outlook, Teams, Microsoft Word, etc). I am forced to to hit the power button and reboot -- often losing my work in the progress.

It is not a hardware issue as I have 32G Ram with an Intel i7. I check the Windows Event Viewer and persistently see issues with the "Cloud Files Diagnostic Event Listener", and the application-specific permission settings in COM Server Application.

Is there a way (or a tool in Auslogics) to use the info I find in the WIndows Viewer to address these or any other issues? Is there a Windows Event Viewer diagnostic tool I am unaware of? Am I barking up the wrong tree in using Windows Event Viewer and the real issue is elsewhere and there's a better way to identify the issue?

I am only associating the freezes with these issues because they usually occur right before Critical Error freeze occurs.

Windows 11 will not recognize and allow either of these two really nice, brand new, input devices to operate in the windows environment.

I've used the Auslogics Driver Updated version 2 to make sure all the drivers were current and operational.

I'm running a MSI Rader GE76 12UE 871, with 64 GB Ram, and 3 TB of SSD storage. I've also verified with the MSI Support site that I'm running the latest version of BIOS.

Everything else seems to run just fine.

I can utilize any BT keyboard and mouse without issue.

When I boot the system into BIOS setup, the USB G203 mouse works just fine and allow me to make any selections that I might need. I've also taken both devices to my wife's laptop and they both work just fine there as well so I'm fairly positive there is some setting in the windows environment that has become corrupted and will not allow me to uise these nice devices.

My microphone has stopped working and doesn't seem recognised ny Windows 10. Zoom is displaying a picture rather than video.

I have a Netgear ReadyNAS 104 running v 6.10.9 with SMB, NFS and FTP services running. I seek a duplicate file app to reduce the number of duplicate files on the networked backup device folders. These folders are primarily PC backups of user files, like docs, pics and music. I can also access these files using Windows File Explorer with a mapped network drive.

Does Auslogic have a product that will do this? PC is WIndows 11 Pro. Nwtwork is wired and with a L2 managed gigabit switch using DHCP and static addresses. Looking to aviod downloading backup folders to a Windows PC and using a duplciate file app then uploading back to the NAS.

I believe I have run all of the BoostSpeed tools. However, my system is now just slow...

There are long delays when switching apps (i.e., I had to close BoostSpeed with Task Manager and reopen it to avoid a interminal hour glass when opening this form)

Opening new broswer tabs can take 10s of seconds to forever. i primarily use firefox and have tried clearing the cache and cookies. The loading indicator on the tab just keeps cycling, sometimes even after the screen refreshes it keeps cycling.

I use Norton, but I do not think it is blocking anything. One thought, I may have unintentially disabled a needed start-up application I checked the interet speed here and its 1MB down and 5MB up... At home I have the same problems with >100MB. I'm using a new Lenovo Yoga , windows 10 PC.

My windows 10 home can not boot after a registry cleanup. It was stopped at the laptop logo and not going thro. Later attenpt to boot shows bluescreen with "BAD SYSTEM CONFIG INFO".

I have tried BCD fix, but got "access denied". I tried rewrite config, but my Regback is empty with no backup reg files. Please advise how can I get the thro?

Driver power state failure , this is not getting ressolved even after updating all drivers of the system. Tried various methods listed on the internet, changed settings many times. Even Auslogic couldn't solve it.

I thought you guys offered a file-transfer system a while ago. Or am I mistaken?
I want to send a 300 MB video to a colleague, but could not find any reference in the main menu to do so.
