MS Excel does not open on click, need to go to File Open. When received as an email attachment, MS Excel only opens a blank grey screen. Can only open after saving attachment then doing a File Open.
Tried the DDE thinh and your software said it had made the necessary changes to allow MSExcel files to be opened by clicking on them rather than using File Open

warum geht bei obigem Prozess ständig meine CPU derartig in die Höhe, dass oft 40-50% davon verbrucht wird.
Sobald ich mehr als zwei Aktionen durchführen will, Internet und ein normales Programm, w.z.B. BoostSpeed,
dauert es ewig bis sich was tut.
Ich habe shon etliche Dinge mit dem Boost Speed eingestellt und verbessert, aber große Änderungen hab ich
bisher nicht feststellen können.

Buongiorno, recentemente nonostante l'aggiornamento, quando effettuo la scansione sulla modalità Protezione la ricerca si blocca.
Per la precisione, il programma riesce ad analizzare le trcce sul browser e nei file di sistema, ma non nelle applicazioni bloccandosi dopo avere analizzato il 32%. Ho provato a disinstallare il programma e reinstallarlo con la versione aggiornata senza risultato.

I have WIndows 10 that is up-to-date. It has suddenly stopped displaying thumbnails of pictures (jpeg). It seems that t his is a common problem. I have taken several recommended procedures (from https://www.windowscentral.com/how-reset-thumbnail-cache-windows-10) to overcome the problem without benefit.

Can you help?

JBL Cannot connected as Stereo Device

I am having trouble with finding info relative to my specific situation. I own an Asus ROG Strix GL553VD with 16 GB ram and it came with the 1 TB HDD. Ive since upgraded it to a 500 GB SSD by WD Blue as of recetly Ive also added a 120 GB NVMe m.2 SSD and Id really like to be ablr to add my whole windows OS and boot from it to achieve faster results plus Ive heard its less stress on your main drive. I recently tried copying the windows folder to it (and all 26 or so GB that it held) onto the new SSD and that obv didnt work. I have AOMEI partition pro and back upper but my Windows OS isnt on its own partition on C drive and Im finding nothing about migrating just those files or how to create a partition of just those files and I see nothing about migrating from SSD to a different SSD. I have the new Microsoft Edge Chromium browser. Boostspeed does not recognize this browser. It will only clean Internet Explorer and the original Microsoft Edge browser. Is there an update coming with Boostspeed that will include this new browser? If so, when?

I have a Samsung Portable SSD T5 (1Terabyte) connected to my Lenovo Ideapad PC Laptop (running Windows 10 64bit) via the USB 3 port.
Windows and Samsung SSD software are both up-to-date. When I run the Windows 10 Disc Optimiser it does not detect the Samsung SSD and only shows my harddrive SSD therefore I cannot optimise it using Windows 10. I have tried connecting it to the other USB ports on my PC (these are both USB 2) but the result is the same.
Do you have any idea what can be causing this and is there a solution ?
(My Samsung SSD is detected by BoostSpeed 11 in the "Optimize" section)
I have included a screenshot of the Windows 10 "Optimise Drives" window on my PC if that helps.

When doing an All Areas Scan the Disk Space never is 'Nothing Found' the result because the following files are always there:
C:\Windows\System32\SleepStudy\ScreenOn\ScreenOnPowerStudyTraceSession-2020 How can I delete, disable the folders of these files. I have gone in to the final files and deleted them, at least I think I have, but the early folders are still there and the Application Logs appear again. How do I get rid of or disable these folders? Thanks!

Can certain categories be excluded when using registry cleaner?
REASON: after using registry cleaner I get an error message when I open MSMoney. I can correct this using Money setup, but registry cleaner does something to reverse my setup correction.

I recently upgraded my ASUS ROG G551JW from Windows 10 Home to Windows 10 Professional. After upgrading and re installing my apps, running some Auslogics tools, and updating my drivers. I seem to have like every Add On installed and a bunch of virtual this or virtual that, Vwifi and Vethernet. My External SSD (disk letter G) is gone, Ive always had the external SSD running Read and Write to basically have it help the computers performance. I cant Install some apps or change some setting because i will either get some kind of error or it saying that it cant be done on sysWOW32 or 64 im not sure, but something like that... I would greatly GREATLY APPRECIATE if a Tech at Auslogics can remote connect to my pc and take a look at what ever problems he may notice. I received 3 questions when I joined pro and this is my last available question and would really love to have someone who knows about computers, to take a look at it. THANK YOU. Hi! I've used boostspeed for maybe a year or so, and recently driver updater. Somewhere since driver updater my computer has been off. Also, it should be mentioned that my computer will no longer even work with driver updater. Driver updater turned my computer into a nonfunctional brick, that couldn't even get past boot up. It took me a long time to reset it back to where it was. The driver updater program no longer works on my computer. I tried running it 10 times, each time driver updater program crashes and sends you guys a report.

Somewhere in there something uninstalled my "conexant and real hd audio drivers." Sounds simple enough for me to just go download and reinstall, but ive done that several times and they never show up. I have tried manually downloading and installing, and also let HP installer attempt to install the drivers. But they still don't even show up anywhere on my computer, not on C drive, not under "conexant" file (where there is just USB driver).

I have tried doing system restore like 4 times to put the computer back to an earlier date (when my audio still worked), still no drivers show up. Even my computer will say after the attempted restore point process, "failed to restore system."

So my computer has audio via bluetooth, but not through the headphone jack line in or the laptop speakers. I work in audio and video, so this is an issue. I am literally 3 days late in completing my video projects because i get get sound on this laptop... and getting sound via bluetooth won't cut it with the delay and wrong speaker connections.

I have somewhere in the neighborhood of 100+ apps that i've installed on my computer for video and audio, software keys, licensing programs, etc... amongst others. It took me around 2 weeks to install all of those. I do not want to have to do a complete reinstall of windows to get this my computer to work. Can you please help me figure out what I need to do to get this thing fixed? Any help is appreciated!

When I launch Driver Updater it seems to hang when connecting to the cloud. Should I reinstall it or is there some other issue?
