Hello Support. On 02/13/20 I purchased an iBUYPOWER gaming desktop from BestBuy:

•model BB971 which includes the TUF B365M-PLUS Gaming ASUS motherboard, Intel 15-9400F, 6-Core 2.9GHz (4.1 GHz Turbo) NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 6GB. It has a 240GB solid state drive & 1TB SATA III hard drive. And includes Windows 10 home edition. (see CPUID report attached for further description)

However it continues to freeze up at various times throughout the day for typically about 4 seconds. So I tried a number of repairs after researching this problem on the internet; where I saw that many other people have had this same issue. None of those repairs have worked so far. Notably, I have NOT revised the BIOS as it appears to have the latest version: 1201 dated 07/15/19.

Do you have a solution for this? I love this desktop and have already loaded all my applications, so really don’t want to return it for a new one.

I am having trouble with finding info relative to my specific situation. I own an Asus ROG Strix GL553VD with 16 GB ram and it came with the 1 TB HDD. Ive since upgraded it to a 500 GB SSD by WD Blue as of recetly Ive also added a 120 GB NVMe m.2 SSD and Id really like to be ablr to add my whole windows OS and boot from it to achieve faster results plus Ive heard its less stress on your main drive. I recently tried copying the windows folder to it (and all 26 or so GB that it held) onto the new SSD and that obv didnt work. I have AOMEI partition pro and back upper but my Windows OS isnt on its own partition on C drive and Im finding nothing about migrating just those files or how to create a partition of just those files and I see nothing about migrating from SSD to a different SSD. I want to turn on Location services so that my display automatically dims and cuts out blue light when the sun sets. However when I go to 'Night Light Settings' and then under 'Schedule' access 'Location Settings' I am informed that "Some of these settings are hidden or managed by your organisation" and the 'Change' button is disabled.

What Organisation? This is my personal desktop not managed by anyone but me.

Pleas could you help with this issue.

I have WIndows 10 that is up-to-date. It has suddenly stopped displaying thumbnails of pictures (jpeg). It seems that t his is a common problem. I have taken several recommended procedures (from https://www.windowscentral.com/how-reset-thumbnail-cache-windows-10) to overcome the problem without benefit.

When doing an All Areas Scan the Disk Space never is 'Nothing Found' the result because the following files are always there:
C:\Windows\System32\SleepStudy\ScreenOn\ScreenOnPowerStudyTraceSession-2020 How can I delete, disable the folders of these files. I have gone in to the final files and deleted them, at least I think I have, but the early folders are still there and the Application Logs appear again. How do I get rid of or disable these folders? Thanks!

Now and then when I try to install something I get the error message in the sample pop up. I need this sorting out as I have tried many things to get rid of it to no avail. I do not even know what it is asking for. It claims is on another disk does it mean disk or harddrive? I am installing things on an extension drive as my C: is full. are there files on C: that it needs to install and maybe that is why it is asking me. Can I duplicate those files so that it can use the extension drive?
This message prevents me from installing certain programs that I need so like I said I need the relevant files that it is asking me for.

When I launch Driver Updater it seems to hang when connecting to the cloud. Should I reinstall it or is there some other issue?

As far as I can tell I lost my SRP after a Windows 10 v20H2 update. How do I get it back or do I not need it? I went back to version 2004 and still can't find it.

warum geht bei obigem Prozess ständig meine CPU derartig in die Höhe, dass oft 40-50% davon verbrucht wird.
Sobald ich mehr als zwei Aktionen durchführen will, Internet und ein normales Programm, w.z.B. BoostSpeed,
dauert es ewig bis sich was tut.
Ich habe shon etliche Dinge mit dem Boost Speed eingestellt und verbessert, aber große Änderungen hab ich
bisher nicht feststellen können.
