Fix intermittent PC Crashing/Freezing

To Whom It May Concern,

In recent weeks, I have been experiencing intermittent crashing/freezing of my PC. This sometimes happens 1/3 times a day or I can go a few days without it occurring at all. It is not, actually, a BSOD - just a "straightforward' freeze or crash.

When accessing the Windows Event Log, the common denominator would appear to be identifed as follows:

Unable to open the Server service performance object. The first four bytes (DWORD) of the Data section contains the status code.

I would consider myself reasonably computer savvy, describing myself as a software 'Geek', in addition to having set-up remote computing facilities. However, this is difficult to readily identify and despite, browsing the Internet extensively, I find I cannot resolve or prevent this from crash from occurring.

The only 'fix' I have reviewed is accessing 'Windows Services' that requires the 'Server to be restarted' but as this is already running (having reset itself?) I cannot, actually, do anything:

Any advice, recommendations or support you an afford me would be very much appreciated.

Microphone not working

In optimizing, cleaning, scanning or whatever, my computer (Surface Pro3) has lost its microphone. It won't even allow me to troubleshoot it indicating sometimes that I don't have sufficient privileges though I am the adminstrator.

What happened?

And, more importantly, how do I fix it?

Partial bluetooth connectivity on speaker and headset

Only getting partcial connectivity on both KOSS wirless speaker and headset.
Currently the headset is showing "Connected Voice".
If disconnected it will show "Driver Error".
Please advise.

Проблема с переключением приложений после удаления пустых папок

Добрый день, пользуюсь программой раз в месяц уже в течение года. Но при крайней "чистке" комьютера решил воспользоваться утилитой "удаление пустых папок" в первый раз. Процесс занял много времени, после чего перезагружал компьютер и все работало стабильно как и всегда. Но на следующий день при использовании ПК началась проблема с автоматическим переключением программ. Постараюсь объяснить. То есть при использовании например хрома, пишешь сообщение и винда сама "AltTab'ается", только не на сторонее приложение, а куда-то в пустоту на 1-2 сек и обратно переключается на используемое приложение. Даже сейчас, я пишу это, и раз в 10 сек программа выключается на пару секунд. Думал что проблема в клавиатуре или еще чём, но так ничего и не нашел.

Windows 10 logon tweaks

Hello!
I am not new to Aulogics - great product! However, I am a new Aulogics 11 user. In Aulogics, in trying to bypass Windows 10 Logon on my Lenovo, I believe the password that was pre-autofilled may have been incorrect? I chose by-pass Windows logon, however when my laptop restarts the first User screen tells me my Password is incorrect. How do I fix this in Aulogics? Any help would be appreciated! ~Catherine Trager

Computer is bootlooping after an update

I have premium I used the auslogics free updater to download updates and dnow my computer is bootlooping it dosent even get to the windows screen what can I do I have all sorts of problems with your software please adise what I can do pc boots then turns off boots then turns of or tries to boot,this was fater I updated a driver that I was told was out of date by your system.

Ноутбук Dell перестал распознавать оригинальное зарядное устройство

Здравствуйте!

Ноутбук Dell перестал распознавать оригинальное зарядное устройство Dell и АКБ не заряжается так как раньше.
Ноутбук был приобретен новым и я единственный владец. Раньше всё было в порядке. Установка вашего ПО и запуск всех инструментов пока ничего не дал. Я не могу понять в чём причина?
Ваш софт и фирменный софт Dell сообщает что АКБ находится в отличном состоянии. Сама Windows 7 pro показывает что АКБ подключена к З/У, но сообщает что АКБ не заряжается. АКБ не заряжается даже при полном выключении или перезагрузке ноутбука.
Как решение я вижу возможность также перепрошить BIOS. Пожалуйста, помогите решить вопрос.

I continue get an Auslogics Notice when signing on to my computer which reads: "High System Resource Usage Detaected... you may experience extreme PC slowdown". Is there anything I can do to alleviate this warning? If so, what can I do and how do I do it. Thank you for responding.

La webcam ne fonctionne pas après l'analyse BoostSpeed

Suite à des modifications de BootSpeed, la webcam de mon ASUS VivoBook Pro 17 N705FD ne fonctionne plus.
Elle a commencé à se mettre en 4/6, puis elle est maintenant déconnectée !
J'ai désinstallé le programme et coché l'option "restaurer les changements éffectués", mais cela n'a pas résolu le problème.

fed up with lack of space on C Drive...what am I doing wrong?

I am trying to do everything right. Vigilance, using auslogics and bitreplica, as well as duplicate file finder, however almost every day, my hardrive fills up, and I can barely get a file to open, due to lack of memory. I have done everything that I know, to try to have all files saved to onedrive, or icloud, but it doesn't seem to make any difference! The computer jams up, because it has reached maximum capacity! Why does this happen, when I am saving files to onedrive (cloud storage). I'm really about ready to chuck this new laptop into the rubbish bin. But.....all available 'new' laptops appear to only have minimal hard drive space. The retailer told me to save my files to the cloud, which is what I am doing, so why does the C drive continually fill up. I move stuff to an external hard drive, in an attempt to free up space, but as soon as bitreplica runs, I'm back to square one. I'm so frustrated, as it takes several minutes just to open a word document. Please please please, can you give me some guidance / direction as to what it is that I am doing wrong. Regards, Kerry

Disk Defrag SSD recognition

Auslogics Disk Defrag does not recognize my c drive as a ssd drive. It recognizes other drives as ssd drives just not the c drive. What do I do?

ANTI-MALWARE PROGRAM CONFLICT W/NORTON SECURITY

Hello - I have your Auslogics Anti-Maleware program and recently added Norton Security. Norton security runs scans in the backgound and for some reason goes after the anti-malware prgram, esentially erasing it. However it leaves my Auslogics BoosSpeed & Auslogics Driver Update prgrams alone, so they continue to run fine. Now every day I have to re-load the anti-malwar program.
I went into Norton checking the Virus & Firewall settings which are set to "allow" your anti-malway program , but it still continues to erase the entire anti-malware application. Do you have any ideas on how to fix this in Norton..?
