Dear team,

Recently I was having problems with Microsoft Store that it kept giving an error message when updating apps (can't remember which one eaxctly). So I reset it as per advice on various forums but since then Microsoft Store has disappeared from Apps and no longer works at all!

Please help / advise.

Hi, I have been a customer of yours for a long time. I am satisfied with the software but now I need to ask a question or rather a report.
I have the license for 3 PCs, and on one PC I have the new MSFS FS2020 simulator. Thanks to the backup I restored the files. The problem is that after deep cleaning privacy, traces in applications, empty folders, registry files, Windows system files could no longer start the game. I thought to warn you and I hope that the problem is solved. Thanks and sorry. My configuration: CPU i7-8700.... Windows 10 PRO.... RAM 48 Gb.... HardDisk M2 NVME samsung 1Tb.... GPU RTX 2060.

I've tried everything to get my Sony bluetooth headphones to connect automatically, it is paired in "Devices" but when I switch the headphones on they wont connect, I have to go into Settings - Devices and physically connect by pressing the connect tab, I've tried going into "Services" then scrolling down to "Bluetooth Support Service", stopping it then restarting it, it just won't restart properly, the green "curtain" only goes about 15% accross before stopping i.e it has'nt restarted properely, any ideas!!!!

I'm not sure if this was the cause after running scans, but the 'Printer Driver' listed in the Device Manager has disaapeared. How to I get it back? I tried reinstalling the HP drivers the Printer Driver listed is still not there. I have 'Image Devices' listed with the HP Scanner driver listed (but nothing else). I have attached a pix of my Device Manager.

Добрый день, пользуюсь программой раз в месяц уже в течение года. Но при крайней "чистке" комьютера решил воспользоваться утилитой "удаление пустых папок" в первый раз. Процесс занял много времени, после чего перезагружал компьютер и все работало стабильно как и всегда. Но на следующий день при использовании ПК началась проблема с автоматическим переключением программ. Постараюсь объяснить. То есть при использовании например хрома, пишешь сообщение и винда сама "AltTab'ается", только не на сторонее приложение, а куда-то в пустоту на 1-2 сек и обратно переключается на используемое приложение. Даже сейчас, я пишу это, и раз в 10 сек программа выключается на пару секунд. Думал что проблема в клавиатуре или еще чём, но так ничего и не нашел.

I am not new to Aulogics - great product! However, I am a new Aulogics 11 user. In Aulogics, in trying to bypass Windows 10 Logon on my Lenovo, I believe the password that was pre-autofilled may have been incorrect? I chose by-pass Windows logon, however when my laptop restarts the first User screen tells me my Password is incorrect. How do I fix this in Aulogics? Any help would be appreciated! ~Catherine Trager

I was on Insider program which loaded enterprise edition a few years ago.

When computer crashed it reloaded a windows 10 home and now wants me to activate the 10 program. I paid for a win 10 home edition but it will not accept the activation code because of the enterpirse edition I just use without the activation. I tried talking to microsoft and not any answer.

하지만 자동사냥을 돌리면 중간에 딱 멈추고 화면을 클릭하면 바로 튕기고 게임이 꺼집니다.
해결 방법이 있나요?
잠깐 찾아보기엔 렉 유발 되는거처럼 성능을 좀 요구하는 게임이 그럴 수 있다고 하는 거 같긴합니다.

I am using Windows 10 Pro Version 20H2 OS build 19042.964. recently some of the basic windows apps like Caculator, Calendar etc are not working in my system. Windows Defender firewall is also not running. Any solutions please advice.

I have premium I used the auslogics free updater to download updates and dnow my computer is bootlooping it dosent even get to the windows screen what can I do I have all sorts of problems with your software please adise what I can do pc boots then turns off boots then turns of or tries to boot,this was fater I updated a driver that I was told was out of date by your system.
