Hello - I have your Auslogics Anti-Maleware program and recently added Norton Security. Norton security runs scans in the backgound and for some reason goes after the anti-malware prgram, esentially erasing it. However it leaves my Auslogics BoosSpeed & Auslogics Driver Update prgrams alone, so they continue to run fine. Now every day I have to re-load the anti-malwar program.
I went into Norton checking the Virus & Firewall settings which are set to "allow" your anti-malway program , but it still continues to erase the entire anti-malware application. Do you have any ideas on how to fix this in Norton..?

Unfortunately things aren't so smooth for me right now, I have just installed gigabit internet in my home, but I'm having the problem that my computer is not getting the full speed. I know the modem is putting out 940 average, because I have an eero Pro connected to it and that reads 940, and my dad's laptop on wired connection also reads 900 average, it is only my computer that is not getting the full speed on the same wired connection. It gets on average 250 Mbps, sometimes stooping lower and upload is always the same speed at 40 Mbps up.

I am using a Cat6 cable not 5 ft from the standard xfinity modem, I have reset my network settings and flushed my DNS. I have used DNS Benchmark to make a custom list of the fastest DNS Servers for me. I have downloaded and check my ethernet adapter with Intel PROSET and everything checks out. My adapter has a max speed of 1 Gbps (Intel(R) Ethernet Connection (2) I218-V). I have run virus and malware scans and came out clean. I have tried disabling windows firewall and running only ipv4 or 6. Among other things I have tried A LOT of troubleshooting and my knowledge has limited me at this point

Can I fix this error in your program, or do I seek help elsewhere?

My printer is connected via USB (previously by network). Each time I run a scan and fix with Auslogics Boostspeed 12, I have reinstall the printer drivers from the ground up. Why is this? Is there a feature that I should not run to avoid this? Please advise.

Hi, I have been a customer of yours for a long time. I am satisfied with the software but now I need to ask a question or rather a report.
I have the license for 3 PCs, and on one PC I have the new MSFS FS2020 simulator. Thanks to the backup I restored the files. The problem is that after deep cleaning privacy, traces in applications, empty folders, registry files, Windows system files could no longer start the game. I've tried everything to get my Sony bluetooth headphones to connect automatically, it is paired in "Devices" but when I switch the headphones on they wont connect, I have to go into Settings - Devices and physically connect by pressing the connect tab, I've tried going into "Services" then scrolling down to "Bluetooth Support Service", stopping it then restarting it, it just won't restart properly, the green "curtain" only goes about 15% accross before stopping i.e it has'nt restarted properely, any ideas!!!!

In optimizing, cleaning, scanning or whatever, my computer (Surface Pro3) has lost its microphone. It won't even allow me to troubleshoot it indicating sometimes that I don't have sufficient privileges though I am the adminstrator.

my Ipv4 and Ipv6 is showing it is not connected. ive tried a number of fixes including going to command prompts, ive tried going back to a restore point, however i keep getting an error message saying that files are corrupted and cannot be restored to a previous point. ive run windows trouble shooter, i get this error message 0x800f081f. even when i hard wire my computer using an ethernet cord, my internet does not remain on constantly, it will log me off the internet and back on multiple times. do you have a program that can clean up these window based errors, to be able to restore my computer? i believe the last update i got was 12-13-2020, the day prior to that, my wireless was working. anything you can suggest?
