Why does Auslogics Boostspeed 12 recommend doing an SSD defrag when all the experts say that an SSD drive should not be optimized because it decreases it's life span?

I have used boostspeed 11 many times to fix this, but despite what Auslogics promised, my computer is no more stable than before. Nothing has changed. So I’m wondering what it pays to pay for software that promises to take care of our computer’s system, if it’s just basic operations that don’t solve anything. Hi when ever I check my computer with malwarebyte it detects my bootspeed as a problem. it deletes bootspeed. Have you come across this problem? How do I fix it?

In optimizing, cleaning, scanning or whatever, my computer (Surface Pro3) has lost its microphone. It won't even allow me to troubleshoot it indicating sometimes that I don't have sufficient privileges though I am the adminstrator.

What happened?

And, more importantly, how do I fix it?

"Dynamic Lock is not working because Bluetooth is off."

I do not know what device to try to turn on to Bluetooth.

Hello from Italy,
before I founf Auslogic I used Ccleaner a lot to keep my PC in shape. Right now I still observe a diffrence between Ccleaner and Auslogic Registry Cleaner when it come to the type and number of issues the two programs do find in the Windows Registry.

Did you ever check this out and do you understand the reason why this is the case. To a lay person the Registry can or be wrong or right configured ... or is this the part where programming has it's gray zone ?

windows product ID for win 10 Pro is erroneous number as reported in system information

For some reason I cannot open any of my previous microsoft office documents, not work nor excel. When I choose to open them it says "You'll need a new app to open this .docx file" Look for an app in microsoft store. Says same when trying to open Excel documents. It was fine last time I used it about a week ago and now cant open any of my documents, nor word blank document templates.

Windows search indexer seems to be taking forever to finish.
I have restarted the process, limited the number of files to index and even disable the AV to allow indexer to index faster.
But after a while it comes back and keeps eating away between 60% to 24% of CPU

Any fix for that? runing on (win11 64 bits.
