Hi, I have AuslogicsBoostSpeed 11 licensed on 3 computers. 2 computers, the oldest, have windows 8.1 PRO. Newer computers have Windows 10 PRO. In the SOFTWARE-SYSTEM INFORMATION-OPERATING SYSTEM section the product key normally appears while on the PC with W10PRO the alphanumeric character string of the product key is covered with the capital B letters. I wanted to know why the code is hidden before it appeared. Thanks for the reply. Alex

Skype cannot sign in for several time
It's pretty offen when my Skype cannot login or I'm unable to make any calls or send messages. My connection is fine, Windows works pretty good. Is ther any way to understand wha't going on?

This appears to be a notification issue. I frequently switch my network usage to wireless, from ethernet, and back again. How can I configure Speedboost 11 NOT to notify me each time this occurs? Thank you!

Disc Error
It is still showing errors on Disc Doctor and advises running CHKDSK on restart
As soon as I Scedule a disc scan on restart - it completely messes up the system reloading - and PC will not boot
I have a disc image I took - using acronis so I can use a boot disc and restore - but each time I try to fix the "disc error " my machine will not boot. Is this an SSD error
Advice please
Eliminate Devices to be scanned by the software.
When I do a maitenance scan I keep having to have problems with my Camera and microphone issues.
I have to avoid doing this be cause it creates problems and have to reinsatll my device.
I think others could have the same problem, it could be best, to have your software avoid touching devices alltogether.
Unable to make screen lighter or darker
BoostSpeed 12 update free?
Dear Support, I have Auslogics Boostspeed 12 on my machine. There was a flash on the screen of 12.2.0.0 a recommended update.
So my question is there was nothing in that flash update telling me if its a to pay for update or for free. This need to be shown in my book. Do you see where I am coming from with this? It shows what the big fixes are with the new update but yet nothing about if you hit the link if there is a small payment involved. This needs to be incorporated as part of any firmware update in my book. Regards Paul

Windows Slimmer not cleaning files
After scanning for old windows libraries and initializing the cleaning process. It says process completed but no files are cleaned. Still 2.7 Gig installed on rescan and same problem on re-cleaning. What to do? Thanks

Windows search very slow
Hi there,
Windows search indexer seems to be taking forever to finish.
I have restarted the process, limited the number of files to index and even disable the AV to allow indexer to index faster.
But after a while it comes back and keeps eating away between 60% to 24% of CPU
Any fix for that? runing on (win11 64 bits.
