I just recently purchased your Bootspeed system--which is great and full of great features that I typically have to buy many programs to do. I keep getting an ad pop-up to buy your other products and when I check off DON'T SHOW AGAIN, it just does that. It's annoying and a turn off..

I have lost my icons on the desktop!

when attempting to open Scanner, i receive the above message, but no information is given.
I have tested the scanner (epson xp 510) on another pc with no problems.
I have checked for virus, checked drivers, but no response.

Hello, Every since I installed Auslogics boostspeed today, my Windows Security Center will not turn on. In fact, it is greyed out and won't let me turn it on. I would like to get this fixed ASAP

Startup Applications Automatically Getting Disabled. They are enabled in the startup in Task Manager and then disabled when I restart the computer. How can I fix this?

Windows10のinsider Programに参加しています。　Boostspeed10を１年半ほど使っており、Win10 build188xxごろまでは問題がありませんでした。ところがそれ以降のビルドから、IMEが無効になるようになり、Windows のバグかと思っていました。
ところが、ふと思いついてBoostSpeedのスキャンで削除したファイルを戻すと、IMEが復活しました。　Windowsのアップデートの際にBoostspeedとバッティングするような変更があったのかもしれないと思っています。

今、Boostspeed１１を使っており、システムにかかわる項目を大幅に外して使っています。
いつも使うのは クリーンアップと保護です。
トラブルはIMEだけですので、IMEにかかわる項目だけ外してスキャンしたいとおもいます。
クリーアップ・保護の項目で外すべきものをお教えください。

my wifi is not working

I used Boostspeed 11 for some time and never had temperature issues, after de Boostpeed 12 upgrade I noticed that the fan started to make annoying noises and checked the temperature of my Laptop with the Core Temp 1.16 program which says the temp goes above 90 degrees Celsius.

Tried to install 12 again with no result.

Now back to 11 again and the temperature is normal again.

My question is this a normal behaviour of the 12 version of boostspeed?

This pops up on the system info, "application errors": Any fix for it?

Hello and good morning, I'm not very good at softwares and know-how's on PC but I've tried using this program to probably fix the cause of what could be causing the BSOD's on my PC. After I tried to use the Auslogics Driver Updater, I updated some of the drivers and it asked me to restart so I did. After I restarted, the pc kept giving me a BSOD where it was written something like: Boot device inaccessible. So I couldn't even put the password and login properly. I had to restore the data to a certain point so I could get my pc back. I'm not sure what the problem is yet so I decided to write this message to you and ask for a helping hand.

I have Boostspeed 12.

Is there any benefit in having Defrag Ultimate? Boostspeed 12 includes defrag. Can Defrag Ultimate do anything the defrag in Boostspeed can't do?

Is Defrag Ultimate only intended to be used with Boostspeed 11, and earlier versions of Boostspeed?

es posible con los programas que he adquirido xcon ustedes, poder recuperar mi dispositivo USB (memorias USB) que al colocarla en mi computador, me aparece que no la reconoce, dice que en mi dispositivo hay un error de comunicacion ( error 43) al parecer y no he podido usar mi memoria USB y alli tengo todos mis archivos.

si no es posible, me recomiendan alguna aplicacion para poder recuperar mi memoria USB?

I have bootswpeed 5 on windows 7. I recently purchases 11 for other windows 10 computer.. I downloaded 11 on windows 7 and now have access to bootspeed 5 and 11 on this 7 computer. Revo uninstaller does not show 5. best way to uninstall bootspeed 5? thanks, jimz
