Is it ok to delete the files listed after running the cleaner?

Please dont "mail" this in! I am realtively PC savvy, not an IT genius, but I built this PC and have a little knowledge about a lot of things but I want to know hidden or not-well-known settingsto enhance speed and performance of my PC ...so What tweaks should I implement or adjust, that BootSpeed12 will do for me, to get the fatest possible PC? IE dont tell about turning off start up apps or processes etc, I already knoiw that... and lastly...
what should be next PC build under $1000 (not including monitor) give me CPU, HDD,RAM and GPU specs

This is not really a right or wrong answer so pleae cosult your collegaues because it will be challenging to surprise or impress me but there are so many settings on this software that there are bound to be 'Illuminati type of stuff

I am using Windows 10 20H2 version and BoostSpeed 12 new version.
Control Panel>Security and Maintenance>Reliability Monitor activated history is not available but for 1 day, no computer
reliability and problem history is shown in the graphic display. I have a lap top computer with the same setup as my desktop
and deleted BoostSpeed 12 from the laptop. The reliability and problem history started to show up on the chart. I conclude that there is something in the BoostSpeed software that is affecting this control panel issue. Got any fixes?

Im getting a lot of windows blue screens, Kernel issues and Server exceptions and memory as well, i did a lot of testings like memory testings, when i do windows file check, when i run CHKDSK check in cmd i get files are NTFS error, Any help?

My W11 (Home edition) desktop PC has the following settings

'Power mode' set to 'Best performance' and

'When plugged in, put my device to sleep after' set to 'Never'.

Despite this, the PC goes to sleep after a few minutes of being idle, which in turn kills RDP sessions which I do not want to happen.

There must be other settings somewhere which are overriding the 'Never' setting. Please help me understand what they are and how to change them.

Hello. i get free version of boostspeed and i see there is internet optimization that needs pro version and before i try to upgrade i want to ask what it is about, how dose this optimazies my internet? i have problems playing online games and i hear that windows 10 needs optimization for better gaming experience, dose this will help?

will this make my pc as fast as it was when i powered it up for the 1st time? - will boost speed 12 pro resolve this issue?

Where can I disable inside BoostSpeed 12 to not disable the Remote Desktop Service? Each time I reboot my PC I loose the ability to remote to my PC at the office because the service is disabled.

What do i do if when my wireless hadphones connect to the laptop the sound is still comming from the laptops speaker

The following two keys of my Dell Inspiron laptop is not workin ;
1) 'Delete' key
2) 'Down arrow' key.

My laptop's system drive is 'C', one of the system folder in drive 'C' is occupying too much of space. I am pretty sure that there are plenty of unnecessary data and file. How can I find which one to keep and which one to delete, pls advice.

My CD drive has stopped working. It has power, opens and starts spinning but then nothing. When I click on CD drive in system information I get Can`t Collect Information cannot access the Windows management instrumentation software. Windows management files may be moved or missing. I am working through all resolutions on youtube but getting nowhere. You can see from the attached screen shot their are no IDE/ATA ATAPI files listed. Help

By an accidident I deleted my itune library. I thougt I could delete unused files, but the lkbrary was suddenly gone,,, How can I restore?

Постоянно становятся неактивными два USBпорта. Помогает только переустановка Windows.

I keep losing the wifi connection while I am online. The Windows troubleshooter states the wireless network adapter has to be reset--which is does and the wifi works again...temporarily. Then it cuts out again and I go through the same drill, over and over.

What is messing with the WNA? No other device in my house using the wifi has this problem. Only my laptop I am using now.
