dear auslogic ... allthough this might seems milydy entertaining .. its serious ... i find my purchased boostspeed 11 very handy for some things and situations , but i still go back for boostspeed 10 for some other situations ... however * dont get ticked off now( ... for bs10 i was never licenemed ... allthough my interest for your products started thhrtr actually ... enough boutt that... sofirst i thought i just let my free tries@ of bs 10 run out and the by then mandatory buy it or get lost whould steer my to the right page.... now as mentioned first it was just mildy annoying ... now ... wanting to have apaid 10 for LOOONG its beging to feel stupid mildy put .. always being directed to get 11 .. that i allready have... so here i I am ... at the very source of the cracjer factory asking u PLEEEAAAASE .. Something is not working correctly. There is a high cpu usage and I am unable to figure out why. There seems to be an invisible ammount of cpu I cannot see? There is only 1 user on the machine and the cpu usage is more than the users cpu usage how does that make sense and how can I fix and optimize the cpu usage?

I am having issues with windows 11 pro not going to sleep (even with settings for it set), it takes me 2 times selecting the sleep button for it to enter sleep mode. I have it set to sleep after 20 minutes of inactivity but with no avail.

Tengo Un HP Elitedesk con 16 GB RAM, disco NVMe de 512 GB, Procesador I7 Octava Gen (Modelo Elitedesk 800 G4), con Windows 10 Pro actualizado todo a la ultima version. Este equipo trabaja muy bien y rapido...pero al utilizarlo con varias aplicaciones que tengo que abrir simultaneamente (TradingView Desktop, Binance Desktop, Metatrader 5 y Brave Browser), el equipo trabaja perfectamente, pero al pasar unas horas y yo cerrar algunas pestañas en las apps, y abrir otras, e incluso reduciendo su numero, la RAM no es recuperada y me quedo sin memoria. Hay alguna manera de automatizar la recuperacion de la RAM asi esto no me suceda mas? Tengo la Virtual Memory de Windows en cero, ya que tengo un disco duro de estado solido y no quiero que sea usado para swap para prologar su vida util.

I have a ACER Nitro 5 laptop (windows 10 home original), mainly for entry level gaming. I am using laptop/desktop from last 12 years and I have moderate knoweldge on S/w issues, how to keep the laptop fast (by defragmenting, registry cleaning etc.). Recently I am facing Boot issues thats getting frustrating. Initially it started with long booting time, it was taking 7-10 minutes to reach to user account (Pin), and during that time the CPU and GPU fan speed was getting super fast (like during heavy usage).
Now from last couple of days, once I switch the laptop on, no display is coming, its just a black screen. However, CPU light was on, Key-board backlit was on and fan was rotating, but no display. If I wait the also nothing happening. Every time I need to force shut down it (by long pressing) and then if I restart again, its getting started properly.

Not sure what's the issue. I have checked prgrams that starts while booting, no issue there. No external device was attaching with my laptop while booting. stopped windown fast boot service also. But no progress.

Please suggest. can it be my HDD (1 TB I have) getting damaged? suggest if any other reason might be there.

I used malwarebytes to eliminate issues regarding popups and since then I cannot hear any videos. I have tried everything from chrome settings (BTW no sound on Explorer or Edge either) up to and including this software to correct. However to no avail.

There must be something I am missing...please help.

Lightroom creates catalog images and movg es file around as you manage the catalog and/or import files from various devices or drives. How can I avoid LR catalog issues when using Aslogics software?

I haven't use my laptop in awhile and windows 11 had installed itself. This messed a lot of things up and the laptop wasn't functionng properly anymore when I tried to fix it. I gave up and did a fresh install on it back to windows 10. I downloaded and installed all the updated drivers from the ASUS website and used auslogics driver updater to make sure the rest were up to date. Now I am unable to adjust screen brightness. The option doesn't work with the FN key option nor does it appear it windows setting anywhere. I've googled many options and all it says is to update the driver which I have done repeatledly. The only thing that doesn't work on the laptop now is brightness control. It seems to swtich just fine from using the onboard cpu graphics to the dedicated gpu.

I recently sync my iphone to my laptop and i do like certain features but the problem i have is i get get a grasp on how to manage what goes where and the biggest issue is my onedrive and icloud storage is full and my google storage is getting there. i cant figure out how to stop the duplicate copies and 24 hour constant downloading.......
