I have about a dozen 2.5" & 3.5" SATA HDs, no bigger than 4TB that I have been using for years without issue. They are used in conjunction with via a WAVLINK eternal docking station, holds 2 drives" to USB. Recently, one HDs, 3TB one, when I tried to use it, I got an error message, "invalid parameter", "drive is not accessible or corrupted" or something like that. So I used the DSK command in Window 11 and it showed up as a "healthy drive" but showed up as "RAW" (needed to be formatted basically of course) instead of NTFS as it should be. I took this situation to be a fluke but just now, with two 4TB drives in at the same time in the docking station, the same thing happened TO THEM BOTH. I had them connect to my laptop for several hours then suddenly got the "drive not accessible" error.  Same issue as before basically and back to RAW. Correct me if I'm wrong but does this very likely indicate that the docking station is creating this problem all of a sudden? It's either that or my laptop is sending something out to the drives that is causing this. Give me your opinion. My bottom question is, I'm assuming the MBR got corrupted or disappeared, of course there could be something else but it's been a very long time since I have messed with HDs on this level. Is there any way without having to send the drives out to have them professionally recovered, something I can do myself at home to re access the drives normally? Thanks in advance, Jim.

two days ago i have performed an action named "free space wiper" to my pendrive because i wanted to format my pendrive but befor i proceed to this action i proceed to free space wiper and i have applied to my pendrive , i don't no why but the operation stoped automatically on 33% , then i have tried to restart that operation but my pendrive was not listed on removable devices, then i have eject and remounted but still my pendrive was not listed on removable devices , then i mounted my pendrive to another system luckily that system identified my pendrive but when i tried to perform format operation to my pendrive , that shows me an error that" this disk is write protected" and after that "windows can't format removable drive:H" .....

and that's how my pendrive got corrupted by performing an operation "free space wiper"

Антивирус Касперский, ещё стоит Auslogics BoostSpeed 12.

Ноутбук куплен прошлой весной.

After about 4 hours of just Windows running with no other programs, the Commit Charge memory fills to 100% and I have to restart the computer. I have the settings set to automatic that control teh Commit Charge memory and it doesn't seem to prevent the problem from occurring. Any other suggestions to correct this?

I am a long time professional and I am actually quite tech savvy. I use the computer very very clean (obsessive level) But my mouse started to lag recently. I have downloaded Auslogics Pro (thats how we met) Even though I liked the software, it didnt solve the problem.

My laptop is Dell Vostro with i7 and 8GB Ram. Fairly new one (less than 1 year) But even with a simple operation (like opening Skype) it starts to level up fan noise and mouse starts to flicker, lag from time to time.

I formated everything on my computer (because this was not the case until very recently) but even that didnt help.

What can be the reason?

I would like to record audio from my turntable (Line level) to my Dell 5567 Laptop. The only Recording device that windows detects (listed in the "Recording" tab of the "Sound" dialogue box) is "Microphone" Obviously I don't want to use Microphone as the Recording device.
I would like to use the 3.5mm Jack Speaker/Headphone socket as the Recording input device, but although it is listed as a Playback device, it is not listed as a Recording device.

После сканирования и устранения ошибок программой BootSPeed при попытке открыть файлы JPG кликом мышки появляется сообщение "Недопустимое для реестра значение".

На разных дисках установлена Windows 8.1 и Windows 10. Один раз я искал нужный файл, который был Windows 8.1. Для этого изменил занрузку в BIOS и запустил Windows 8.1. Искал файл. Вернулся на Windows10 у меня начались проблемы Windows 10. Потом много чистил и обновлял Windows 10 с помощью Auslogics. Удалось исправить, но вот с диском никак. Да и времени просто не хватает. Помогите с чего начать чтобы работать с диском
