I paid for this software before it went to version 11. Now that it updated to 11 I have to purchase it again?

My Win 10 (64bit) PC can find my Epson printer on my local network, connected by ethernet cable to my router, and installs the "necessary files". However, afterward in my settings it shows the printer with "Driver is Unavailable" and nothing will print. Both my wife's PC and all of our iPhones/iPads have no issues printing so I know it is connected properly and functional. The only device having an issue is my PC. I have removed the printer and reinstalled it multiple times with the same result. I have also downloaded and installed the newest drivers available from Epson for this printer but somehow my computer does not seem to be able to find or recognize them. A support request has been sent to Epson but so far any suggestions from their automated response system have not be successful.

My W11 (Home edition) desktop PC has the following settings

'Power mode' set to 'Best performance' and

'When plugged in, put my device to sleep after' set to 'Never'.

Despite this, the PC goes to sleep after a few minutes of being idle, which in turn kills RDP sessions which I do not want to happen.

There must be other settings somewhere which are overriding the 'Never' setting. Please help me understand what they are and how to change them.

Антивирус Касперский, ещё стоит Auslogics BoostSpeed 12.

Ноутбук куплен прошлой весной.

Скажите, пожалуйста, существуют ли способы решения этой проблемы?

When I first in stalled boost speed 12 it worked fine but now the minimise button is no longer showing. I did implement some of your window 10 tweaks, so could any of these be the reason.
Also I have tried the reinstall the version version 12.0.02 and installed version 12.0.0 but although the button is there at the start, it soon disappears and I can not get it back.

While i am playing games my computer seems to suddenly turn off i can turn it back on with no problem but it randomly happens every 2 hours ish.

After using the Auslogics BootstSpeed and the function of cleaning the Registry files, I found that I am not able to switch back to Chinese input method anymore and I can only type in English. I tried to type the hotkey "Left Ctrl +Shift", nothing happened. I tried "Ctrl + Space" or "Win + Space", also nothing happended. The small icon at shows "EN" at the bottom right corner was disappeared (see attached).

I tried to find the file "ctfmon.exe" and excute, but it doesn't work. I tried to add this command at the startup, it also doesn't work.

I tried to delete the language pack and reinstall, it also doesn't work.

The only moment that I can see the langauge menu comes out again is that when I was in the situation of "User Account Control" when the computer requires administrator status to run some program (see attached).

I am pretty desperate and really need your help. Thank you!

I only use mu PC for flight simulation practive. Iecently uninstalled a program called Traffic Global. IT contined over twelve thousand files. Every time I run the Duplicate Filesprogram, the files continue to show up although I removed Traffiv Global weeks ago. Can you advise? Thanks!

My windows 10 always very busiy in 15-20 minutes almost every morning. I have install auslogic and it has make my workstation
far faster then. But after 2-3 weeks my workstation is back very slow / freeze and sometime s takes more than 30 minutes before it
can be used again

The disk activity always 100% in the morning for about 15-20 minutes . Have installed also the free version of AVG

Здравствуйте, недавно начались проблемы с игровым ноутбуком, а именно низкие fps в играх, для сравнения, буквально месяц назад в игре counter strike global offencive было больше 200 fps, на данный момент выше 60 не поднимается ( проблема не в самой игре, в других тоже самое даже на низких настройках ) Ноутбуку год. Пересмотрев множество видео с вариантами решения проблемы, все равно не повышается качество игры. Уже и очистку, и сканирование делала с помощью вашей программы, все равно не выходит. Пытаюсь также драйвера обновить. Подскажите, пожалуйста, что нужно сделать.
