Does the Empty Folders Cleaner differentiate which folders should and should not be deleted in the Windows OC? The tool identifies hundreds in my C drive, and I assume those in the Windows' System, Program Files, Windows32, etc. should NOT be deleted, but I can't tell.

Why at all? Especially when Diskeeper 18 from Condusiv is running? How can I disable just that portion of Boostspeed so it never interferes and puts unnecessary load on the SSD?

I have installed BoostSpeed on my desktop where it works fine and also installed on my HP Mini Laptop where the display resolution is limited to a maximum of 1024/800. When I want to run the Registry Cleaner the "Scan" button is out of range on the screen and therefore I cannot execute the Cleaner. Hi, I own BS12 on two pCs. One PC I use only with gaming apps and the other and I use it exclusively for home, online and with the web. BS12 on pc where I don't play works great. BS12 that works on the pc where I play and in particular with Microsoft FlightSimulator, BS12 after thorough cleaning tends to get your PC blocked. I tried to exclude gaming apps but apparently windows is tightly connected. I had to reinstall windows 10 pro. In my opinion, it also depends on the Deep-Clean function and Empty Folders Cleanup. Boostspeed runs every Sunday morning as part of scheduled maintenance I set-up. After it runs, I am prompted to re-enter my product key for Fences. I do this and Fences works fine. This is a nuicance though as I should not need to do this - the Fences registration is valid. Given the timing is consistent, I am assuming Boostpeed is causing this issue.

Several weeks ago, I did exempt my Anti-Virus software from scanning the Fences folder which contains the registration certificate. However, the prompts continue.

If Boostspeed is indeed causing this issue, is there a way to have it avoid removing/maninpulating the registration of this software so I don't have to re-enter the product code weekly?

Attached is the dialogue box that appears requesting to re-enter the product key.

I use Microsoft Office 2003 and one of the features maintains a list of recently used files in each of Word, Excel and Outlook. Recently the recently used files list in these three programs has been cleared following shut down at the end of the day so that when I restart my computer the next day the recently used file lists are empty and start being repopulated during the course of the day but again are cleared following the final shut down of the day.

My question is - is there a feature of Boostspeed that is clearing these lists and how do I change it so that it doesn't happen?
