Since I did the clean up on my computer I can not print. It is a network printer and the IP guy said the connection is good but something is blocking my computer from seeing the printer and communicating with it.

Hello, My question is this: From time to time when I right mouse button click on a file on the desktop or in a folder the computer just freezes with the little blue circle turning for like 20-30 seconds before the right click menu will pop up, it does not do it all the time and seems random and there does not seem to be a reason for this, I have followed all the tutorials online that I could find and that is even why I purchased your software but nothing seems to solve this annoying issue, hopefully you can help. I recently updated my windows 8.1 to windows 10 and now my right click is loading too long when I right click on files and apps.

And I have tried every possible method and still can’t solve it.

I have the idea that background processes lower the framerates of my flight simulator, leading to stutters. When I examine the resource monitor, I see that about 200 background processes are running, even when totally none program is active. I cannot image why all those processes are neccessary. All those processes have names that doesn't give my any insight in what all those processes are doing. How can I find out which processes I can stop and which are mandatory?

Everytime I try to download the newsest version of BootSpeed, my laptop saves it as an Adobe PDF file and will not open/install. Will completely removing the BootSpeed app and then downloading the newest version work around my problem?

произошло это так - включаю я пк, немного поиграл, буквально минут 15-20, и меня встретил синий экран, который не смерти, а обычный синий экран ошибки, где пишут перезагрузка, проблема с чем-то (ну вы поняли, да ведь?), после перезагрузки начались проблемы с жёсткими дисками, но я их решил, и после решения проблем с дисками перестала работать панель задач, только открываются ярлыки разных приложений, а вот системные не работают, например пуск, поиск, звук, календарь, да даже настройки не открываются! всё перепробывал! и powershell, ну команды в нём и т.д., всякие приложения.

ПОсле установки программы и первоначального сканирования программа запроила перезагрузку. ПОсле перезагрузки сигнал от микрофона пропал. Ни приложения, ни само ОС не может получить от него сигнал. Хотя при поиске проблем через настройки ничего не обнаруживается.

I'm new to the softward. Running v12.

Auslogic is running in the background, I guess. (I didn't start any actions since my recent reboot.)

It's using between 25 and 40% of my CPU capacity. I DO NOT want that to happen. If something's running on its own, how do i schedule it to run during the night.

Why is it doing that? What's running? How can I keep it from starting a process on it's own.

(I know i can hit "End task" in Task Mgr, but I wanted to know how to prevent this in the future.)

Пользуюсь Auslogics BoostSpeed недавно. Еще не во всем разобрался.
Столкнулся с проблемой что каждый раз после сканирования компьютера и последующей очисткой вашей программой, у меня перестает работать Google Drive File Stream. Уже в исключения вносил папки Google Drive в ProgrammFiles и в папке кэша. Все равно перестает работать.
Подскажите как быть или в чем проблемма.

I am a long time professional and I am actually quite tech savvy. I use the computer very very clean (obsessive level) But my mouse started to lag recently. I have downloaded Auslogics Pro (thats how we met) Even though I liked the software, it didnt solve the problem.

My laptop is Dell Vostro with i7 and 8GB Ram. Fairly new one (less than 1 year) But even with a simple operation (like opening Skype) it starts to level up fan noise and mouse starts to flicker, lag from time to time.

I formated everything on my computer (because this was not the case until very recently) but even that didnt help.

What can be the reason?
