Hello, My question is this: From time to time when I right mouse button click on a file on the desktop or in a folder the computer just freezes with the little blue circle turning for like 20-30 seconds before the right click menu will pop up, it does not do it all the time and seems random and there does not seem to be a reason for this, I have followed all the tutorials online that I could find and that is even why I purchased your software but nothing seems to solve this annoying issue, hopefully you can help. Since I did the clean up on my computer I can not print. It is a network printer and the IP guy said the connection is good but something is blocking my computer from seeing the printer and communicating with it.

I recently updated my windows 8.1 to windows 10 and now my right click is loading too long when I right click on files and apps.

And I have tried every possible method and still can’t solve it.

I have the idea that background processes lower the framerates of my flight simulator, leading to stutters. When I examine the resource monitor, I see that about 200 background processes are running, even when totally none program is active. I cannot image why all those processes are neccessary. All those processes have names that doesn't give my any insight in what all those processes are doing. How can I find out which processes I can stop and which are mandatory?

ПОсле установки программы и первоначального сканирования программа запроила перезагрузку. ПОсле перезагрузки сигнал от микрофона пропал. Ни приложения, ни само ОС не может получить от него сигнал. Хотя при поиске проблем через настройки ничего не обнаруживается.

I paid for this software before it went to version 11. Now that it updated to 11 I have to purchase it again?

Мой ноутбук иногда являет синий экран с сообщением driver power state failure. Ноутбук Hewlett Packard, ОС Виндовс 10.

Антивирус Касперский, ещё стоит Auslogics BoostSpeed 12.

Ноутбук куплен прошлой весной.

Скажите, пожалуйста, существуют ли способы решения этой проблемы?

Everytime I try to download the newsest version of BootSpeed, my laptop saves it as an Adobe PDF file and will not open/install. Will completely removing the BootSpeed app and then downloading the newest version work around my problem?

This is becomming annoying. I keep getting alerted that a new version of BoostSpeed is available. I've downloaded 12.0.0.2 and ran the installation which prompts that it is removing with re-start and then I have to manually install the latest download. After three successful runs with this I still end up with version 12.0.0.1 What gives?
