My Win 10 (64bit) PC can find my Epson printer on my local network, connected by ethernet cable to my router, and installs the "necessary files". However, afterward in my settings it shows the printer with "Driver is Unavailable" and nothing will print. Both my wife's PC and all of our iPhones/iPads have no issues printing so I know it is connected properly and functional. The only device having an issue is my PC. I have removed the printer and reinstalled it multiple times with the same result. I have also downloaded and installed the newest drivers available from Epson for this printer but somehow my computer does not seem to be able to find or recognize them. A support request has been sent to Epson but so far any suggestions from their automated response system have not be successful.

When I click on the box to do away with empty folders, nothing happens. It used to work but I stopped it in the middle of its job.

I would like to record audio from my turntable (Line level) to my Dell 5567 Laptop. The only Recording device that windows detects (listed in the "Recording" tab of the "Sound" dialogue box) is "Microphone" Obviously I don't want to use Microphone as the Recording device.
I would like to use the 3.5mm Jack Speaker/Headphone socket as the Recording input device, but although it is listed as a Playback device, it is not listed as a Recording device.

Win 10 problem: one update won't go through at all, Microsoft Edge opens a white page (personally) that I can't close normally, repair fails because the new install stops in the middle and never finishes. When Edge doesn't work, Outlook doesn't work, neither explorer, right-click on files doesn't work. Sometimes Edge works, but soon stops. I've tried everything, I don't know what to do. I don't use Edge, but apparently it blocks everything else for me.

Sometimes my computer freezes and I have to wait awhile to type again. Is there a solution for this? This happens in Internet browsers and Microsoft Word.

I have the pro version of Boostspeed installed on my PC.
I have turned off everything I can in respect of notifications, maintenance, start with Windows etc ... however the programme will - intermitently start up with windows (unwanted) or will frequently start when another programme is in use, placing the 'dashboard' screen over the active programme.
Both scenarios are intensley annoying to the point where I am giving serious consideration to removing the programme altogether.
Your advice would be appreciated.

I have a corrupted USB drive and now I can't access anything on it. I don't care about the files on it now. I would like to know is there a way to UN-corrupt it in your tools. I would just like to be able to use it. It's a pretty new flash drive - only used a few times. I think I killed it when I pulled it out after it gave me a warning. I wasn't able to get the warning to go away.

Does the Empty Folders Cleaner differentiate which folders should and should not be deleted in the Windows OC? The tool identifies hundreds in my C drive, and I assume those in the Windows' System, Program Files, Windows32, etc. should NOT be deleted, but I can't tell.

While i am playing games my computer seems to suddenly turn off i can turn it back on with no problem but it randomly happens every 2 hours ish.

Can I safely run an Empty Folder SCAN without deleteing important files like the Document File????????

How do you enable hard disk spindown after it has been turned off using the maintain tool? I've searched but cannot find the option. Thank you.

Why at all? Especially when Diskeeper 18 from Condusiv is running? How can I disable just that portion of Boostspeed so it never interferes and puts unnecessary load on the SSD?

Boostspeed runs every Sunday morning as part of scheduled maintenance I set-up. After it runs, I am prompted to re-enter my product key for Fences. I do this and Fences works fine. This is a nuicance though as I should not need to do this - the Fences registration is valid. Given the timing is consistent, I am assuming Boostpeed is causing this issue.

Several weeks ago, I did exempt my Anti-Virus software from scanning the Fences folder which contains the registration certificate. However, the prompts continue.

If Boostspeed is indeed causing this issue, is there a way to have it avoid removing/maninpulating the registration of this software so I don't have to re-enter the product code weekly?

Attached is the dialogue box that appears requesting to re-enter the product key.

I recently updated my windows 8.1 to windows 10 and now my right click is loading too long when I right click on files and apps.

And I have tried every possible method and still can’t solve it.
