My Win 10 (64bit) PC can find my Epson printer on my local network, connected by ethernet cable to my router, and installs the "necessary files". However, afterward in my settings it shows the printer with "Driver is Unavailable" and nothing will print. Both my wife's PC and all of our iPhones/iPads have no issues printing so I know it is connected properly and functional. The only device having an issue is my PC. I have removed the printer and reinstalled it multiple times with the same result. I have also downloaded and installed the newest drivers available from Epson for this printer but somehow my computer does not seem to be able to find or recognize them. A support request has been sent to Epson but so far any suggestions from their automated response system have not be successful.

Sometimes my computer freezes and I have to wait awhile to type again. Is there a solution for this? This happens in Internet browsers and Microsoft Word.

Can I safely run an Empty Folder SCAN without deleteing important files like the Document File????????

How do you enable hard disk spindown after it has been turned off using the maintain tool? I've searched but cannot find the option. Thank you.

Does the Empty Folders Cleaner differentiate which folders should and should not be deleted in the Windows OC? The tool identifies hundreds in my C drive, and I assume those in the Windows' System, Program Files, Windows32, etc. should NOT be deleted, but I can't tell.

I would like to record audio from my turntable (Line level) to my Dell 5567 Laptop. The only Recording device that windows detects (listed in the "Recording" tab of the "Sound" dialogue box) is "Microphone" Obviously I don't want to use Microphone as the Recording device.
I would like to use the 3.5mm Jack Speaker/Headphone socket as the Recording input device, but although it is listed as a Playback device, it is not listed as a Recording device.

Компьютер новый (моноблок Lenovo, W10), программ в автозагрузке не более десяти. Прежний моноблок, которому более пяти лет с W 8.1, на котором установлено гораздо больше программ, ведёт себя гораздо резвее.
И что со всем этим делать? В Task Manager не вижу каких-либо инструментов. Уж не сама ли ваша программа Auslogics Boost Speed 11 тормозит систему?

Why at all? Especially when Diskeeper 18 from Condusiv is running? How can I disable just that portion of Boostspeed so it never interferes and puts unnecessary load on the SSD?

I am unable to install the upgrade for Boostspeed 12..2.0.0 to 12.2.0.1
After completion of the upgrade software, the Help box remains showing my Version as 12.2.0.0

While i am playing games my computer seems to suddenly turn off i can turn it back on with no problem but it randomly happens every 2 hours ish.

Win 10 problem: one update won't go through at all, Microsoft Edge opens a white page (personally) that I can't close normally, repair fails because the new install stops in the middle and never finishes. When Edge doesn't work, Outlook doesn't work, neither explorer, right-click on files doesn't work. Sometimes Edge works, but soon stops. I've tried everything, I don't know what to do. I don't use Edge, but apparently it blocks everything else for me.

This morning was the second time that my laptop was taken over by a “disk repair” function that I think is linked with BoostSpeed. I start up my laptop and something begins churning away telling me that it will take 8 hours to complete. Actually it could not tell time correctly because it took 3 ½ hours before I could use the laptop.
Q: How to prevent this happening again? At least giving me the option to say OK do it now or wait?

When pairing the device, the system and Bluetooth recognizes it, but NO WINDOW APPEARS to enter the pairing code.



I have tried it several times, but always with the same result. The device I want to connect is a MX KEEYS MINI keyboard. My system is Windows 10 LTSC 2019.



The technical service of the keyboard manufacturer (Logitech) has not been able to give me a solution.

I recently updated my windows 8.1 to windows 10 and now my right click is loading too long when I right click on files and apps.

And I have tried every possible method and still can’t solve it.

When my system boots when i come to user login screen when I try to type my password and click suddenly it goes black it becomes again and again I have to power shutdown suddenly but it allows me to login properly.

I recently installed Microsoft Office 2019 on my Win 10 computer. Each time I use your Bootspeed 11 software, and when I access my Office 2019 software, I get an error message "Operatng system is not presently configured to run this application". What can I do to correct this? I am reluctant to use Auslogics software if it continues to prevent me from accessing my MS office software. Please advise. Thank you.

Boostspeed runs every Sunday morning as part of scheduled maintenance I set-up. After it runs, I am prompted to re-enter my product key for Fences. I do this and Fences works fine. This is a nuicance though as I should not need to do this - the Fences registration is valid. Given the timing is consistent, I am assuming Boostpeed is causing this issue.

Several weeks ago, I did exempt my Anti-Virus software from scanning the Fences folder which contains the registration certificate. However, the prompts continue.

If Boostspeed is indeed causing this issue, is there a way to have it avoid removing/maninpulating the registration of this software so I don't have to re-enter the product code weekly?

Attached is the dialogue box that appears requesting to re-enter the product key.

Hello, My question is this: From time to time when I right mouse button click on a file on the desktop or in a folder the computer just freezes with the little blue circle turning for like 20-30 seconds before the right click menu will pop up, it does not do it all the time and seems random and there does not seem to be a reason for this, I have followed all the tutorials online that I could find and that is even why I purchased your software but nothing seems to solve this annoying issue, hopefully you can help. I am also attaching a screen shot to my computer spec details
