I have about a dozen 2.5" & 3.5" SATA HDs, no bigger than 4TB that I have been using for years without issue. They are used in conjunction with via a WAVLINK eternal docking station, holds 2 drives" to USB. Recently, one HDs, 3TB one, when I tried to use it, I got an error message, "invalid parameter", "drive is not accessible or corrupted" or something like that. So I used the DSK command in Window 11 and it showed up as a "healthy drive" but showed up as "RAW" (needed to be formatted basically of course) instead of NTFS as it should be. I took this situation to be a fluke but just now, with two 4TB drives in at the same time in the docking station, the same thing happened TO THEM BOTH. I had them connect to my laptop for several hours then suddenly got the "drive not accessible" error.  Same issue as before basically and back to RAW. Correct me if I'm wrong but does this very likely indicate that the docking station is creating this problem all of a sudden? It's either that or my laptop is sending something out to the drives that is causing this. Give me your opinion. My bottom question is, I'm assuming the MBR got corrupted or disappeared, of course there could be something else but it's been a very long time since I have messed with HDs on this level. Is there any way without having to send the drives out to have them professionally recovered, something I can do myself at home to re access the drives normally? Thanks in advance, Jim.

I have the pro version of Boostspeed installed on my PC.
I have turned off everything I can in respect of notifications, maintenance, start with Windows etc ... however the programme will - intermitently start up with windows (unwanted) or will frequently start when another programme is in use, placing the 'dashboard' screen over the active programme.
Both scenarios are intensley annoying to the point where I am giving serious consideration to removing the programme altogether.
Your advice would be appreciated.
Incidentally, please ignore the Subcategory as Auslogics does not appear in the crop down menu and I cannot send the message without something being in this field?????

Boostspeed runs every Sunday morning as part of scheduled maintenance I set-up. After it runs, I am prompted to re-enter my product key for Fences. I do this and Fences works fine. This is a nuicance though as I should not need to do this - the Fences registration is valid. Given the timing is consistent, I am assuming Boostpeed is causing this issue.

Several weeks ago, I did exempt my Anti-Virus software from scanning the Fences folder which contains the registration certificate. However, the prompts continue.

If Boostspeed is indeed causing this issue, is there a way to have it avoid removing/maninpulating the registration of this software so I don't have to re-enter the product code weekly?

Attached is the dialogue box that appears requesting to re-enter the product key.

While i am playing games my computer seems to suddenly turn off i can turn it back on with no problem but it randomly happens every 2 hours ish.

I have a corrupted USB drive and now I can't access anything on it. I don't care about the files on it now. I would like to know is there a way to UN-corrupt it in your tools. I would just like to be able to use it. It's a pretty new flash drive - only used a few times. I think I killed it when I pulled it out after it gave me a warning. I wasn't able to get the warning to go away.

Dear Sir/Madame,

I keep getting error 0xc1900101 on Windows Update.
It all started when I switched to new SSD 970 EVO 500GB.
Windows have had updated few times than came version 20H2 which doesn't seem to work.
Updater downloads it, instal it and then during instalation after reboot it colapses around 24%. Then it reboots and I get this error record.
The computer is DELL XPS 13 9360 with i7, 8GB ram.
It runs Windows 10 PRO 1909

Win 10 problem: one update won't go through at all, Microsoft Edge opens a white page (personally) that I can't close normally, repair fails because the new install stops in the middle and never finishes. When Edge doesn't work, Outlook doesn't work, neither explorer, right-click on files doesn't work. Sometimes Edge works, but soon stops. I've tried everything, I don't know what to do. I don't use Edge, but apparently it blocks everything else for me.

Hello, My question is this: From time to time when I right mouse button click on a file on the desktop or in a folder the computer just freezes with the little blue circle turning for like 20-30 seconds before the right click menu will pop up, it does not do it all the time and seems random and there does not seem to be a reason for this, I have followed all the tutorials online that I could find and that is even why I purchased your software but nothing seems to solve this annoying issue, hopefully you can help. I haven't use my laptop in awhile and windows 11 had installed itself. This messed a lot of things up and the laptop wasn't functionng properly anymore when I tried to fix it. I gave up and did a fresh install on it back to windows 10. I downloaded and installed all the updated drivers from the ASUS website and used auslogics driver updater to make sure the rest were up to date. Now I am unable to adjust screen brightness. The option doesn't work with the FN key option nor does it appear it windows setting anywhere. I've googled many options and all it says is to update the driver which I have done repeatledly. The only thing that doesn't work on the laptop now is brightness control. It seems to swtich just fine from using the onboard cpu graphics to the dedicated gpu.

I performed an overnight system restore on my Lenovo Ideapad laptop. When I logged in, there was an "X" on my sound system, which translated in to missing driver. I attempted to update through Device Manager, but it came back as driver missing. How do I fix this problem?

My device is a very old one but still works properly, But these Days it starts To freeze reqularly and sometimes crashes, This only happened when i upgraded my laptop to windows 10, What should i do to prevent it

I am having issues with windows 11 pro not going to sleep (even with settings for it set), it takes me 2 times selecting the sleep button for it to enter sleep mode. I have it set to sleep after 20 minutes of inactivity but with no avail.

I tried to uninstall a software, but that doesn't seem to have gone well.
It is 4k video downloader.

Reinstalling doesn't work because I get the message that it is still there on my PC.

Now I have downloaded your software and when I search for keys of this 4k software, I get a list of almost 500 keys, see photo.

When I check, when I stand on it with the cursor, it all shows 4k.

Now my question is, is this safe to remove?
