I have installed BoostSpeed on my desktop where it works fine and also installed on my HP Mini Laptop where the display resolution is limited to a maximum of 1024/800. When I want to run the Registry Cleaner the "Scan" button is out of range on the screen and therefore I cannot execute the Cleaner. I have tried everything I know to alter the size of the program display but cannot.
Is there any way to execute the Cleaner since I cannot have access to the scan button? This message was prepared from my desktop so any information sent to you is not from the Mini. I will resend from the Mini if you require.

Hi, I own BS12 on two pCs. One PC I use only with gaming apps and the other and I use it exclusively for home, online and with the web. BS12 on pc where I don't play works great. BS12 that works on the pc where I play and in particular with Microsoft FlightSimulator, BS12 after thorough cleaning tends to get your PC blocked. I tried to exclude gaming apps but apparently windows is tightly connected. I had to reinstall windows 10 pro. In my opinion, it also depends on the Deep-Clean function and Empty Folders Cleanup. I have bootswpeed 5 on windows 7. I recently purchases 11 for other windows 10 computer.. I downloaded 11 on windows 7 and now have access to bootspeed 5 and 11 on this 7 computer. Revo uninstaller does not show 5. best way to uninstall bootspeed 5? thanks, jimz

Boostspeed runs every Sunday morning as part of scheduled maintenance I set-up. After it runs, I am prompted to re-enter my product key for Fences. I do this and Fences works fine. This is a nuicance though as I should not need to do this - the Fences registration is valid. Given the timing is consistent, I am assuming Boostpeed is causing this issue.

Several weeks ago, I did exempt my Anti-Virus software from scanning the Fences folder which contains the registration certificate. However, the prompts continue.

If Boostspeed is indeed causing this issue, is there a way to have it avoid removing/maninpulating the registration of this software so I don't have to re-enter the product code weekly?

Attached is the dialogue box that appears requesting to re-enter the product key.
