From a couple of months now, I am unable to install Windows Update "Windows 10 Version 21H1 for x64 Systems (KB5008212)". Windows Update is urging me to do so, but all I get is error (0x800f0831). I've tested all kind of solutions from Microsoft and other sources, and tried al least a dozen times, with no success. Some sources insists in the fact you need previous updates installed before this oner, and Bootspeed 12 clears update files as a part of Windows Slimmer tool. Is the first time I experience a problem like this and, even not critical, is worrying me because I can get a solution. Best regards.

My CD drive has stopped working. It has power, opens and starts spinning but then nothing. When I click on CD drive in system information I get Can`t Collect Information cannot access the Windows management instrumentation software. Windows management files may be moved or missing. I am working through all resolutions on youtube but getting nowhere. You can see from the attached screen shot their are no IDE/ATA ATAPI files listed. Help

Does the Empty Folders Cleaner differentiate which folders should and should not be deleted in the Windows OC? The tool identifies hundreds in my C drive, and I assume those in the Windows' System, Program Files, Windows32, etc. should NOT be deleted, but I can't tell.

When running, Boost Speed 12 R 12.0.0.2 and Bit Replicator run very hot with littlel or no explanation! I realize that at start up they will kick in. Later it should not be active.
After a scan, the system is showing 51% on BoostSpeed?????

Something is not working correctly. There is a high cpu usage and I am unable to figure out why. There seems to be an invisible ammount of cpu I cannot see? There is only 1 user on the machine and the cpu usage is more than the users cpu usage how does that make sense and how can I fix and optimize the cpu usage?

I am not using the computer a lot, but BoostSpeed is regularly giving me messages to do scans or to defrag my SSD. How can I reduce the frequency of these messages?
