I love your application. I use it often. I have to squint to see the font. The font is up high on my computer in windows 11. The resolution is as high as my laptop will tolerate. How do I increase the font size of your product so I can at least read it without a struggle. I am guessing it is about a size 6 font size.

Why can I not remove any brower add-ons (FF, Chrome) through the internet Optimizer? It shows the add-ons but says a setting or synchronization is preventing the process?

system freezes up intermittently unless the power cord is removed and replugged once after every restart, any idea why ?
its not complete freeze....more like a slow-mo for a few seconds , then ok then again

I run Windows 11 Pro on a Lenovo laptap. I've had a problem over the past couple of years with file saves regularly seeming to default to OneDrive, iCloud, or Google Drive, which stores this stuff in the cloud. I want to do away with ALL of this cloud-based crap and simply save things to my C: drive, an SSD that I backup weekly. My question: How can set up my laptop so that anything I want to save will automatically default to my C: drive? Thanks.

Every time I run a system scan Boostspeed highlights the TCP/IP internet setting as needing attention. It then says it's resolved it. This occurs on every system scan run.
Any thoughts?

I have a network drive that is mapped to two computers on the network. This is a Raid with 5 sub drives mapped on it.
Two other computers on the netwwork, one Win 10 and one Win 11, only see a Twonky server. How do I discover the mapping of the network drive and then map the virtual drives to my other computers?

I have now noticed very often that my PC freezes or that memory capacities are probably fully utilized. But I can't see any evidence or the cause anywhere. I copy the PC data here at the end. I would very much like to be able to work according to my configuration again. The Windows energy-saving mode is set to off.

My hard drive keeps on reading and why does this happen?

I have been trying to restore the missing taskbar on my PC. I have been counsled by my AI to delete and uninstall Bootspeed? Is Bootspeed the problem? If not,
what are the solutions.

I've been trying to open certain folders in File Explorer only to see a blank area wih the message "Working on it". That message can sit there for 5-10 minutes before the contents of the folder appear. I understand that this is happening with folders that have hundreds of files. However, this has never happened before. I've tried optiizing my Windows 11 desktop with your BootSpeed 14 product to no effect. I have also played around with the file folder settings per my research and still no change. My C: drive has maybe 100GB free. Do you have a different product that can fix my issue? Please let me know what I can do to fix the issue. Thanks!

I think boostspeed has switched off locations services. I want them swtiched on. how do i amend this.

I receive d a message that a new program had been added to the Startup folder. Upon inspection, I noticed that Edge had been re-activated to start on startup. That was done automatically. Please note the bottom of the screen.

It says that Edge is disabled. How do I prevent Windows from adding Edge, or any other program, on startup automatically?

I just got a new computer, and the location services area is grayed out, meaning I cannot turn on GPS as a means to determine location. It says the administrator can do this. I'm the administrator. What screen do I need to go to, to turn this on? Thanks.

quando per "risolvere tutti gli elementi" la schermata mi chiede di chiudere tutte le applicazioni aperte, mi elenca n. 5 msedege.exe che non riesco a chiudere né manualmente né col pulsante "chiudi tutto". Utilizzando "Ignora", mi rimangono 214 tracce nel browser web ed il semaforo mi rimane rdi colore rosso.
Cosa posso fare?
