Hi There...!Again I have a question regarding with my 'Subscriptions and my 2nd Question is:- How Can I ''Manage'' my subscriptions with 'Auslogics ?, and for Example:-How to do this... if in the future I'd preffer or change my mind to 'Cancel one of my subscription with 'Auslogics...how could I 'Cancel a subscription with 'Auslogics? Latest update for boostspeed will not install. I have 13.0.0.1........ 13.0.0.2 will not install.

I subscribed to Boost spoeed 9 a while ago and it worked as expected.. It had a function of Scan Repair and sleep.. good for the end of the day.
However as the program is up dated it no longert has that function and I find I have to buy a new licence for each up date. . With out the scan repair and sleep ,it seems not now wortyh paying for more up dates.
What can i do and shall i lookj for another program that will do that for me

When i try to delete via windows delet program i got a red messeage that systemresponsebility have bloocked
for unistall.

I am being told there are errors on my C Disc. How do I fix them please.

For some reason I cannot open any of my previous microsoft office documents, not work nor excel. When I choose to open them it says "You'll need a new app to open this .docx file" Look for an app in microsoft store. Says same when trying to open Excel documents. It was fine last time I used it about a week ago and now cant open any of my documents, nor word blank document templates.

When I do a scan, it comes back and tells me xxxx amount of junk to be cleaned and fragmented. When I click recolvder all, 90% of the junk is removed. I cleaned junk files and it said xxxx amount of files and it cleaned all but 91 mg. I therefore have to clean 2 or 3 times to remove all. WHY? I have paid for this version and it is not updated. Please advise.

I would like to ask why BootSpeed not have option to perform cleanup of the c:\windows\servicing\LCU\* files?

When I shut down (even Shift + shutdown or hibernate) the computer (i5-4460 with 16 GB Ram, ASUS H97m PLUS) the PC instantly reboots. Have to do hard shutdown with power button.
I have tried a few "fixes", e.g.
In Startup and recovery, used "Restart" for clean start,
Start in "Safe Mode",
Untick "Automatic restart",
Removed or substituted all devices, hard drives plus mouse and keyboard, even monitor and RAM, except Graphics card - no fix. Defragged and scanned hard drives for errors.
Pressed power button with power disconnected.
Re-installed Windows and updated.
All fans and heatsinks not clogged with dust.
Edited Registry = "No Auto Reboot With Logged On User"!

I have recent system images saved but none before the problem started!

I have on disk C: With 166 GB, the Windows 11 operating system and I just want the drive C: for Windows. In recent days it has been full and does not allow me to manage the available space, as it has free only 1.6 GB and honestly I do not know how to reduce files in C: which I find too risky because I can collapse the system.
