my laptop was set up with a email the i had to stop using because it was hacked, now when i try to log in the first login that is i see located in the center of the screen, that is the one that has the old email address. i also have two other emails that show up at the same time in the lower left side of the screen, either one will get me in, the old email will not let me get in, how do i remove the old email address from the login screen and pick of one of the two for primary login?

I`ve recently done a deep scan with boost speed 13 which resulted in me losing all my download files from the users file. I`ve tried recovery several times using different restore points without any success. I ran advanced recovery software which tells me they have to be saved to another location. Selected drive D but still don`t see them. Is there any way i can recover my downloads with boost speed 13. ?

I know that subject was less than helpful so let me explain. I have a windows 10 pro (22H2) self built PC. It has the following:
Device name DESKTOP-1RRVL9S
Processor AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D 16-Core Processor 4.20 GHz
Installed RAM 32.0 GB (31.1 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

While I'm working the PC will just pause for about 5-10 seconds. The pause happens at random times and doesn't seem to be linked to any one applicaiton, like I could be working in Work one time and watching YT another. Doesn't matter what I'm doing. Once it unpauses, the machine catches up with everything that's been typed or clicked. I can't seem to find a reason for it. Memory, Proc and disk are all find. Even after the pause there's no indication of a CPU, memory or disk issue, like a usage spike.

Occassionally, Quicken crashes. When it does, I must either force quit BoostSpeed or Restart my computer. This is because BoostSpeed locks the Quicken data file. I would like to exclude this file (or the containing folder) from any scanning or "interference" from BoostSpeed - can I do this? Is there any way to prevent BoostSpeed from tormenting my Quicken Files?

I love your application. I use it often. I have to squint to see the font. The font is up high on my computer in windows 11. The resolution is as high as my laptop will tolerate. How do I increase the font size of your product so I can at least read it without a struggle. I am guessing it is about a size 6 font size.

I wanted to know why, when I clean the WinSXS folder via Auslogics Windows Slimmer, I always have "1 ignored item" at the end, for a size exceeding 1.3 GB. In addition, I cannot see the item concerned. This problem occurs both with the PRO version of Windows Slimmer 4.0.0.6 and with the free version.
I also wanted to know how to delete it. I have already tried via CMD DISM, and DISM++, but CMD remains stuck at 70%, and DISM++ only deletes 200 MB.

How can I use my Auslogics subscription with my new windows download. The hard drive had to be wiped and I lost the Auslogics program.

I am moving about 300 GB of files and data to a new computer and the C drive is almost full with 900+ gb on it. I was moving them by loading them on to an external drive and doenloading them. What could I have done wrong and how can I fix it?

I would like to speed up my PC. There is no real profile in Auslogistics BoostSpeed 13. I have to exclude the use for games from the outset. None are installed. At least not consciously. In addition to normal office programs from Office 365, I often use the Internet for research purposes and have the complete Adobe package from CreativeCloud. I have now noticed very often that my PC freezes or that memory capacities are probably fully utilized. But I can't see any evidence or the cause anywhere. I copy the PC data here at the end. I have a Fujitsu scanner connected to my Windows 10 computer. It works OK. When I connect the scanner (fi-6130Z) to my Windows 11 computer, the scanner software I use (Kofax Power PDF - Version5.0), can't see the scanner. Have you any idea how I can get Kofax to find the scanner? New Driver from Windows for Windows 11? New Driver from Kofax? New driver from Fujitsu? I have not found a Driver that does the trick.
