Boostspeed 13 startup externalized to Windows desktop every boot
Everytime I boot up my Windows 10 laptop, Boostspeed 13 i set to startup in the settings, however on each boot, the Boostspeed dashboard is extranalized to the Windows desktop and always at the Registry Analysis tab.
How can I stop the Boostspeed dashboard from being extranalized on every boot-up?

Cannot Remove Folder from C:\Program Files
Which Auslogics product should I use to remove C:\Program Files\HPPrintScanDoctor from my Windows 11 computer? My computer's uninstall using the Control Panel does not do a clean uninstall. I used msconfig to disable any services associated with the HP Print Scan Doctor.
printer 'in error state' message
The printer is online (lamp lights up, I have checked the connections) but the display constantly shows ‘on error state’, Windows Help does not help. What else can I do?

Recover my downloads with boost speed
I`ve recently done a deep scan with boost speed 13 which resulted in me losing all my download files from the users file. I`ve tried recovery several times using different restore points without any success. I ran advanced recovery software which tells me they have to be saved to another location. Selected drive D but still don`t see them. Is there any way i can recover my downloads with boost speed 13. ?
Kofax Power PDF can't see Fujitsu fi-6130Z scanner
I have a Fujitsu scanner connected to my Windows 10 computer. It works OK. When I connect the scanner (fi-6130Z) to my Windows 11 computer, the scanner software I use (Kofax Power PDF - Version5.0), can't see the scanner. Have you any idea how I can get Kofax to find the scanner? New Driver from Windows for Windows 11? New Driver from Kofax? New driver from Fujitsu? I have not found a Driver that does the trick. BoostSpeed stopped my search from working
Hi, I ran you softwarre to clean up my computer using the default settings. Shortly after I noticed my search was not working. I checked Search in the WIndows setting and found it was indexing my computer. It is partially indexed but appears to be stopping and starting. I cannot search with Windows Explorer or inside Outlook. Both give a result of nothing found. I found one of your actions was related to indexing and I restored this. However it is still the same. How do I fix this?

C drive is full and it should not be
I am moving about 300 GB of files and data to a new computer and the C drive is almost full with 900+ gb on it. I was moving them by loading them on to an external drive and doenloading them. What could I have done wrong and how can I fix it?

SLOW OPENING OF FILES AND FOLDERS
For some unknown reason, the opening of files and folders has slowed down to a snail's pace.
Have tried internet suggestions to no avail.
Any clues?

Addressing a specific drive
Firstly, what a wonderful piece of software. Always very cautious about programmes which can permanently delete items and never apologise when deleting an incorrect one. So far this is behaving perfectly.
My question is, is it possible to adress just a specific disk, for instance, can I ask the software to only process a requirement on my I drive or any other drive.
By chance is this an Australian designed programme?

win 11 login issue
my laptop was set up with a email the i had to stop using because it was hacked, now when i try to log in the first login that is i see located in the center of the screen, that is the one that has the old email address. i also have two other emails that show up at the same time in the lower left side of the screen, either one will get me in, the old email will not let me get in, how do i remove the old email address from the login screen and pick of one of the two for primary login?
Can I upgrade to Windows 11?
Given my System Information is there anyway I can update my computer to Windows 11? I also just learned my computer will soon be outdated. Is this true?
