Windows update crashes my PC when I try to update it. It will start to download and fail at a certain point, around 7% DL. sometimes it will fully download, but will crash upon install. every time indicating it's rolling back to the previous version. I have Aura for VPN and anti-virus, but it never interfered before. This is now happening on 3 of my machines, and I'm at an absolute loss. The windows update troubleshooter also yields zero results.

I have run an elevated command prompt - commands ...
I ran "sfc /scannow", and it said "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them".
I ran "DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth", and it said "No component store corruption detected".
I ran "CHKDSK C:", and it said "Windows has scanned the file system and found no problems".

When I get to the command prompt through the Recovery Window it opens as directory X: not C: and when I use the cmd X:/cd.. it does not show C: only X: drive letter

при помощи вашей программы я запустил сканирование компьютера. После окончания сканирования ваша программа предложила исправить "недостатки" системы. После этого у меня исчез внутренний диск D со всей инфомацией. Как такое может быть? И что мне сделать чтобы всё восстановить обратно. Спасибо.

I love your application. I use it often. I have to squint to see the font. The font is up high on my computer in windows 11. The resolution is as high as my laptop will tolerate. How do I increase the font size of your product so I can at least read it without a struggle. I am guessing it is about a size 6 font size.

Depuis plusieurs mois, toutes les mises à jour du type "Mise à jour de fonctionnalitré vers Windows 10 - 22H2" se terminent avec un code erreur 0x8007001f. Cela se reproduit tous les jours maintenant.

Every time I run a system scan Boostspeed highlights the TCP/IP internet setting as needing attention. It then says it's resolved it. This occurs on every system scan run.
Any thoughts?

I was using Thunderbird Portable e-mail client from my external drive [1TB capacity] for years before the crash. I am not sure if your IT specialist can assit me to solve this [ see attached ] I have 300K+ e-mails in it but since 4/10/24 when i tried to open it , the crash pop-up appeared. Due to this, I have to keep aside my external drive [ if plugged into my PC will shows as Driive D: ] and reinstal a fresh Thunderbird mail client to my laptop under Drive C: Only new e-mails from 4/10/24 are visible and I still hoping the old e-mails from Drive D: can still be recovered .
