Добрый день, подскажите пожалуйста можно ли делать дефрагментацию через вкладку дефрагментация. Я подключила оптимизацю SSD, но не совсем поняла можно ли, и стоить дефрагментировать SSD. И если можно, то как часто стоит это делать.

J'ai installé CCLEANER mais crains qu'il détruise des fichiers considérés comme étant des virus mais qui n'en sont pas comme par exemple "setup.exe". Windows Defender a complètement détruits des fichiers qui n'étaient en aucun cas des virus. Je n'ai pas réussi à les récupérer.

Dois-je craindre la même chose avec CCLEANER ?

I'm running Windows 10 on my Lenovo Thinkpad pc. For several months, Microsoft Works 9.0 Word Document takes about 55 seconds to initally open the first file. After that, it opens files in less than 5 seconds. I've done Repair and reloaded the software several times with no impovement. Microsoft Word works fine, opening files in less than 5 seconds. Everytime I start my PC Ethenet is not detected. I have to uninstal Network Adapter and Restart my PC.Then only Ethernet comes to life.
Why do I have to do these manoeuvres. I also have Auslogics Driver Updater but it's not of any help. Let me know how I can get Ethernet immediately after starting my PC.

am 10.05 wurde eine Festplattenbereinigung durchgeführt. Dabei wurden Datein gelöscht, die nicht gelöscht werden sollteb. Es fehlen ganze Ordner von Dateinen, die dadurch gelöscht wurden.

Wie kann dieser vorgang wieder rückgängig gemacht werden?

es handelt sich speziell umd den "Download" ordner auf der SSD Festplatte C

Hey guys,

Boost Speed doesn't recognize SSD and claims that it is HDD. Yes, I am sure it is SSD, all other software recognizes it as SSD (programs like Speccy, etc.).

How can this be fixed?
