I had purchased your software to solve issues like slow booting , taking more time in opening software etc

Till today after running all programs from your software , I find no improvement in boot speed etc.

Please let know how to solve the problems

Everytime I start my PC Ethenet is not detected. I have to uninstal Network Adapter and Restart my PC.Then only Ethernet comes to life.
Why do I have to do these manoeuvres. I also have Auslogics Driver Updater but it's not of any help. Let me know how I can get Ethernet immediately after starting my PC.

dear auslogic ... allthough this might seems milydy entertaining .. its serious ... i find my purchased boostspeed 11 very handy for some things and situations , but i still go back for boostspeed 10 for some other situations ... however * dont get ticked off now( ... for bs10 i was never licenemed ... allthough my interest for your products started thhrtr actually ... enough boutt that... sofirst i thought i just let my free tries@ of bs 10 run out and the by then mandatory buy it or get lost whould steer my to the right page.... now as mentioned first it was just mildy annoying ... now ... wanting to have apaid 10 for LOOONG its beging to feel stupid mildy put .. always being directed to get 11 .. that i allready have... so here i I am ... at the very source of the cracjer factory asking u PLEEEAAAASE .. This app is not running propery and giving a very low fps.

recently did cleanup and deleted some .ico files. checked Restore and files not located. cannot move desktop icons and a 1-2 minute delay using mouse with no ability to select programs on bootup since Auslogic installed. tried various workarounds via internet to no avail with no help on how to restore missing files. can copy/past icons but not move on desktop. no such problems since last bootup except mouse delay. not able to determine which file to send for review.

When i wanted to pay for Auslogic Boostspeed 11 i couldn't complete the payment. That was because i use paypal and dont use a card for paypal.
The fact is that i dont use any type of creadit card or such, i only have a bankcard that i dont leave out for web buys. That is why i have used Paypal for such transactions.
Auslogic is so far the only company that tells me i need to have a card connected to my Paypal account.

The thing is as you demand that customers must use a card you are actually promoting some people to find a cracked version for Boostspeed 11 and use that. you are loosing out on sells by refusing to let people use paypal straight as it is.

Установленная у меня лицензионная программа Auslogic BootSpeed 11 постоянно конфликтует с программой ESET Internet Security версии 12.2, а программа Dr.Web Curelt! просто удаляет Auslogic BootSpeed 11, как несущую угрозу компьютеру (вирусная угроза!). What causes 'not responding'whether It is browsers not responding or more commonly, file folders not responding and crashing my computer but not my browsers.

Windows update crashes my PC when I try to update it. It will start to download and fail at a certain point, around 7% DL. sometimes it will fully download, but will crash upon install. every time indicating it's rolling back to the previous version. I have Aura for VPN and anti-virus, but it never interfered before. This is now happening on 3 of my machines, and I'm at an absolute loss. The windows update troubleshooter also yields zero results.

I have downloaded and installed the Boostspeed update (13.0.0.1), but the installed virsion indicated by the Help>About shows 13.0.0.0

I need further instructions to properly install the new update.

Some photos in my Photos App do not show thumbnails and state You do not have permission to view this file. How can I correct this issue. I do not know where to go to activate permission for viewing these photos.
