Microsoft Bing keeps coming back in certain locations after I kill all traces using your registry tool to finaf all its references. I have a new Samgsung laptop with a EVO, Intel, 12 generation. Core i7 processor.

I tried all the internet recommdndations to get rid of this damn thing; it's like a cacer that just keeps coming back.

Any suggestions?

After a through clening I seem to have lost the screen saver prompt. The program is there and working - but it does not turn on when directed. How do I rescue the code that seems to be lost?

I had some security issues and a professional took control of my computer to fix the issues. Now all of my normal icons are much smaller than before. I can change the sixe of text in Word and Firefox, but I don't know how to change the other icon and display sizes.

I have recently upgraded my Win10 x64 PC to version 2004 from Windows update. Prior to the upgrade the PC was clean and fast and the system drive was defragmented using Auslogics Defrag Ultimate. Fopllowing the upfgrade and subsequent cleanup, I ran defrag again and the drive now has approximately 20% of its used capacity filled with files that Auslogics Defrag will not identify (light green block icons, mouse click for file info invokes the prompt "This block contains file system service data. Detailed view is not available".

This is obviously some several GB of data judging by the number of blocks occupied in this manner - but I am unablæe to find out what these files are, what they are called, what purpose they serve or where they are on the drive. They are spread out across the system drive and thus prevent defrag running a free space defragmentation, and thus casue even more fragmentation when new files are added to the drive.

I have tried tio google this problem but have not found any reference to it. Auslogics defrag is the only untility that tells me these file exist - but no more than that.

Can you advice - what are these files, and how do I get rif them and run the usually perfect free space defrag?

I have added file shredder to recycle bin. However, when I try to delete file with file shredder, boost speed opens it large box with deletion options. Is there any possible way to delete file from recycle by using file shredder without opening the entire software ?

Driver Updater won't scan. Says its blocked by Firewall. McAfee doesn't show that it's quareentined or blocked.

since I'm install Aulogics and run the program it keeps deleting my programs password and when I try to oprn (IN GOOGLE) facebook I'm getting unresponsive pages....but if I open facebook with EDGE I have no problems.....can you help?

recently did cleanup and deleted some .ico files. checked Restore and files not located. cannot move desktop icons and a 1-2 minute delay using mouse with no ability to select programs on bootup since Auslogic installed. tried various workarounds via internet to no avail with no help on how to restore missing files. can copy/past icons but not move on desktop. no such problems since last bootup except mouse delay. not able to determine which file to send for review.

I tried to access tools on Boostspeed 13 but got notice "LIbrary not registered" How do I fix this?

After installing BOOTSPEED 12 and doinG a full scan THE PICTURES IN MY PICTURE FOLDER VANISHED FROM MYCOMPUTER

Why won't Auslogics BoostSpeed clean norton during a scan. We really like your product but don't want lingering files from Norton when it's not being used.

I've tried many methods to delete most recent Restore Point or any other point even via the cmd prompt *deleting shadow copies) and it doesn't work. I installed some software my IOBIT Uninstaller cannot find to uninstall and it is not in the list of Add/Remove programs but they are 368MB in size and installed in my pc and cannot llocate them. Only going back to my previous restore point would work and I try to do it but it does not work. PC boots up saying system restore failed most likely dur to active anti-virus software but I have my Bitdefender dissabled permanently when I did the restore point procedure.

Any ideas? Could Bootspeed interfere with restoring the pc at an earlier restore point?
