Unable to move desktop icons
recently did cleanup and deleted some .ico files. checked Restore and files not located. cannot move desktop icons and a 1-2 minute delay using mouse with no ability to select programs on bootup since Auslogic installed. tried various workarounds via internet to no avail with no help on how to restore missing files. can copy/past icons but not move on desktop. no such problems since last bootup except mouse delay. not able to determine which file to send for review.
BoostSpeed Sub Menu shows then disappears
Right Click BoostSpeed on task bar, can not click on sub menu to select options.

Scan does not clean everything right away
I have boostspeed 13 Pro. When I do a system scan, the results come back so many mb deframented, etc. But when I resolve, it only clean sonme of them. Maybe 10 mb less. It cleans less on defrag and junk. If i scan again, it cleans all. Why should I have to do it twice? Also, can I set up system scan to be automatically done? And if I can, how do I do it? Please advise.

BoostSpeed conflict with third party programs
Hi, i have installed in my notebook windows 10 home some avanced programs, my question is... if i install Auslogics Boostspeed 11, what configuration i need to make? I dont like to have problems with this avanced aplications

BoostSpeed does not recognize SSD
I recently upgraded my hd to a ssd..
On some pages of Auslogics it shows new ssd and capacity but on others it still shows old removed hd.
Can you advise please

Browsers run slow with WIN 11
Ever since I installed WIN11 the broswers (I've tried both Edge and Chrome) run at glacial speed, taking a second or two to respond to a mouse click. Sometimes a scan with Boost Speed seems to fix the problem sometimes now. Sometimes it disappears after a period of time, only to reappear after the computer has been asleep. I've tried all the fixes I've found online (remove extensions, etc.) and like the Boost Speed scan, the fix is only temporary if it works at all. Any advice?

File Shredder shortcut
I have added file shredder to recycle bin. However, when I try to delete file with file shredder, boost speed opens it large box with deletion options. Is there any possible way to delete file from recycle by using file shredder without opening the entire software ?
Download problems (when trying to download large files)
Hello, I have a curious problem on my Windows 11 PC.
I am connected directly to the LAN via ethernet to a 900Mbps fiber connection.
However, when I try to download largish files (several hundred MB or several GB) from sites like zoom, wetransfer, facebook, I often get a generic "download error" message.
I've tried download the same files on Edge and Chrome, logging out and in, opening a private/incognito window, resetting the internet settings and running diagnostics. I've also checked the internet speed and latency.
The downloads often start okay, but stop after sometimes 30-40MB or maybe even getting to 60%. Sometimes I can click on resume, but the download begins from scratch. Sometimes, I will try again a few hours or a day later, and the file(s) *might* download to completion.
Other downloads (of small image files, say) or streaming of YouTube, Netflix, etc. never seems to have a problem.
I know for sure that it's a PC configuration problem because I tried the same downloads on a Windows 10 laptop, connected to the same router via WiFi, and all the files downloaded (albeit slightly more slowly) without a hitch.
Any ideas or suggestions on what I can do next?
