I have recently upgraded my Win10 x64 PC to version 2004 from Windows update. Prior to the upgrade the PC was clean and fast and the system drive was defragmented using Auslogics Defrag Ultimate. Fopllowing the upfgrade and subsequent cleanup, I ran defrag again and the drive now has approximately 20% of its used capacity filled with files that Auslogics Defrag will not identify (light green block icons, mouse click for file info invokes the prompt "This block contains file system service data. Detailed view is not available".

This is obviously some several GB of data judging by the number of blocks occupied in this manner - but I am unablæe to find out what these files are, what they are called, what purpose they serve or where they are on the drive. They are spread out across the system drive and thus prevent defrag running a free space defragmentation, and thus casue even more fragmentation when new files are added to the drive.

I have tried tio google this problem but have not found any reference to it. Auslogics defrag is the only untility that tells me these file exist - but no more than that.

Can you advice - what are these files, and how do I get rif them and run the usually perfect free space defrag?

Здравствуйте У меня такая проблема очень медленно грузится ноутбук уже давно Приглашал мастера 1.5 года назад но попался компьюрный мошенник Он сказал сначала что у меня сильно поврежден жеский диск и нужно попробовать его восстановить Когда я спросил о цене он ушел от ответа и если это выйдет то потом продолжить дальше Он загружал какую то программу для восстановления и спустя где то часа сказал что диск восстановлен и нужно переустановить Windows Я даже не знал что новая установка снесет все нужные мне программы а у меня даже не было их копий Я согласился раз надо так надо Когда он сделал переустановку и установил 3-4 программы сказал что все сделал Япроверил да дествительно загрука стала быстрая и спросил сколько я должен Он начал заполнять какой-то договор и насчитал 27190 руб Я был в шоке и сказал что уменя столько нет и почему вы сразу мне не сказали во сколько мне выйдет ремонт Ябы никогда бы не согласился на такой ремонт Мастер сразу преобразилсяи из доброго услужливого превратился в холодного жесткого дельца Стал просто давить и вымогать деньги Я долго с ним спорил отдал сколько у меня было всю пенсию 12000 руб и еще я ему буду должен 8000 руб То есть он мне сделал скидку в 7000 руб Потом уже в Интернете я нашел что так разводят стариков на деньги компьютерные мошенники Через месяца 2-3 все вернулось обратно и ноутбук стал по прежнему медленно грузиться Теперь я боюсь вызывать каких то мастеров боюсь что опять меня обманут Скажите каким образом мне можно помочь чтобы была быстрая загрузка

How con I delete coockies selectivly in Auslogics 11

Установленная у меня лицензионная программа Auslogic BootSpeed 11 постоянно конфликтует с программой ESET Internet Security версии 12.2, а программа Dr.Web Curelt! просто удаляет Auslogic BootSpeed 11, как несущую угрозу компьютеру (вирусная угроза!). I am not using the computer a lot, but BoostSpeed is regularly giving me messages to do scans or to defrag my SSD. How can I reduce the frequency of these messages?

My CPU usage shows almost 100% for sometime when I start my system or even sometime while working too. It remains at 100% for almost 15 - 20 min or more even when application is open. I tried all options in Auslogics to resolve it out but nothing is working.
Please suggest for any further option which can help out.

Hi. This may be out of your field, but...

I am relaunching a small nonprofit. Part of the process is transferring files from a worn out laptop (using now) to a newer refurbished one. I'm using the free version of Auslogics Speed to clean up the old laptop before transferring data to new. We will be subscribing to the paid version for the newer laptop after I get the transfer done.

In the past, I've had to have someone transfer data using specific cables. Is there an Auslogics or other software that can be used to do the transfer without hardwiring? Novice here techwise. And, it's always been my experience that no matter how successful the data transfer, the folder and files have to be manually reconstructed. A work-around would be great.

I need t leave home now but will return about 4:30 Pacific. Yes, I know that's asking a lot, so I appreciate whatever you can share about the challenges I'm facing.

dear auslogic ... allthough this might seems milydy entertaining .. its serious ... i find my purchased boostspeed 11 very handy for some things and situations , but i still go back for boostspeed 10 for some other situations ... however * dont get ticked off now( ... for bs10 i was never licenemed ... allthough my interest for your products started thhrtr actually ... enough boutt that... sofirst i thought i just let my free tries@ of bs 10 run out and the by then mandatory buy it or get lost whould steer my to the right page.... now as mentioned first it was just mildy annoying ... now ... wanting to have apaid 10 for LOOONG its beging to feel stupid mildy put .. always being directed to get 11 .. that i allready have... so here i I am ... at the very source of the cracjer factory asking u PLEEEAAAASE .. How do I correct Windows privacy leaks?

After using the Auslogics BootstSpeed and the function of cleaning the Registry files, I found that I am not able to switch back to Chinese input method anymore and I can only type in English. I tried to type the hotkey "Left Ctrl +Shift", nothing happened. I tried "Ctrl + Space" or "Win + Space", also nothing happended. The small icon at shows "EN" at the bottom right corner was disappeared (see attached).

I tried to find the file "ctfmon.exe" and excute, but it doesn't work. I tried to add this command at the startup, it also doesn't work.

I tried to delete the language pack and reinstall, it also doesn't work.

The only moment that I can see the langauge menu comes out again is that when I was in the situation of "User Account Control" when the computer requires administrator status to run some program (see attached).

I am pretty desperate and really need your help. Thank you!

¿Permite Auslog escanear carpetas selectivas, por ejemplo, de Mis Documentos?

Favor indicar los pasos detalladamente ya que no soy tecnológico.
