Good day, old person here.....

I am using Windows 10, do I need both Google Chrome AND Microsoft Edge? I sometimes receive a message from Auslogics saying I may have a privacy issue and that I should look at my privacy settings... but as there is no indication of what the privacy setting should be or what has changed, I don't know what I am supposed to be checking.

Patience and any help offered would be much appreciated!

Hi there,

I downloaded some "pre-installed" software on my computer (i.e., just need to unzip the RAR file and the software will start working; no need to manually run the installation tool). If I no longer need this software, how do I completely uninstall it? I already deleted the "pre-installed" files, but I believe my computer still has some residual memory of it. I did a registry cleanup already...anything else I need to do?

Hi. This may be out of your field, but...

I am relaunching a small nonprofit. Part of the process is transferring files from a worn out laptop (using now) to a newer refurbished one. I'm using the free version of Auslogics Speed to clean up the old laptop before transferring data to new. We will be subscribing to the paid version for the newer laptop after I get the transfer done.

In the past, I've had to have someone transfer data using specific cables. Is there an Auslogics or other software that can be used to do the transfer without hardwiring? Novice here techwise. And, it's always been my experience that no matter how successful the data transfer, the folder and files have to be manually reconstructed. A work-around would be great.

I need t leave home now but will return about 4:30 Pacific. Yes, I know that's asking a lot, so I appreciate whatever you can share about the challenges I'm facing.

How to fix high ram,memory and cpu usage

I upgraded to Windows 11 Pro. I wanted to use Sandbox but it only worked 2 times. Sandbox doesn't want to open anymore and I have a white image with a different connection error code.

I have on disk C: With 166 GB, the Windows 11 operating system and I just want the drive C: for Windows. In recent days it has been full and does not allow me to manage the available space, as it has free only 1.6 GB and honestly I do not know how to reduce files in C: which I find too risky because I can collapse the system. What was at risk of happening today. I ask: can you help me? Thanks

What is the startup string ?

Whenever I go to a site that requires some time to load, e.g., http://www.fpcanada.ca/findaplanner
I keep seeing the spinnning GIF wheel as I wait for the web page to load, which it does not and then times out..
So far, it happens with Edge, Google, and Firefox. I have restarted several times and have cleared the cache, flushed DNS, reset the browsers, completed a deep clean, registry clean, and optimized internet settings with SpeedBoost, run two anti-virus malware programs (Windows Secuity and Malware Bytes), and have run memory diagnostics. All with the same result - no change.

Windows and the browsers are all up-to-date.

When I inspect the Javascript (>by right-clicking on the Spinner), I see that the Spinner is there and seems to be waiting.

Any suggestions?

So I got and installation of windows on my SSD and HDD, but now I want to shift my files from HDD to SSD installation and then delete windows from HDD, but I don't want to clone(unless it doesn't clone windows installation and other files that I already installed on the SSD) my current installation(HDD) as it was pirated while the other one is legal, and by data I mean everything from text files to programs I installed, so I just want the user data and programs I installed to be shifted to my SSD without deleting windows from SSD and cloning the HDD one. Здравствуйте У меня такая проблема очень медленно грузится ноутбук уже давно Приглашал мастера 1.5 года назад но попался компьюрный мошенник Он сказал сначала что у меня сильно поврежден жеский диск и нужно попробовать его восстановить Когда я спросил о цене он ушел от ответа и если это выйдет то потом продолжить дальше Он загружал какую то программу для восстановления и спустя где то часа сказал что диск восстановлен и нужно переустановить Windows Я даже не знал что новая установка снесет все нужные мне программы а у меня даже не было их копий Я согласился раз надо так надо Когда он сделал переустановку и установил 3-4 программы сказал что все сделал Япроверил да дествительно загрука стала быстрая и спросил сколько я должен Он начал заполнять какой-то договор и насчитал 27190 руб Я был в шоке и сказал что уменя столько нет и почему вы сразу мне не сказали во сколько мне выйдет ремонт Ябы никогда бы не согласился на такой ремонт Мастер сразу преобразилсяи из доброго услужливого превратился в холодного жесткого дельца Стал просто давить и вымогать деньги Я долго с ним спорил отдал сколько у меня было всю пенсию 12000 руб и еще я ему буду должен 8000 руб То есть он мне сделал скидку в 7000 руб Потом уже в Интернете я нашел что так разводят стариков на деньги компьютерные мошенники Через месяца 2-3 все вернулось обратно и ноутбук стал по прежнему медленно грузиться Теперь я боюсь вызывать каких то мастеров боюсь что опять меня обманут Скажите каким образом мне можно помочь чтобы была быстрая загрузка
