About a week ago my computer started randomly shutting down. Sometimes it doesn't happen for a couple hours and sometimes it's on for about 15 minutes. There has a few times I'll see it just power back up. Any advice as to fixing this?

I have officially purchased the software.

In previous versions I could auto-select duplicates *except* from a source drive I want to keep untouched. In version 11 this option is gone.

I have thousands of duplicate files, so selecting one by one is not practical.
I need to keep all files on my main source drive, and auto-select duplicates only from two other drives for deletion.

How can I do this in version 11?

when i try to print, the display shows a blank page with a message in upper right saying enter fax recipient number.

I am attempting to run definitive Malware scans on my PCs and Laptops

I have run the Auslogics Malware scan but it found nothing.

It is suspected that there could have been a keylogger installed and I am trying to rule that out.

I have also run a one time free Malwarebytes scan which only found cookies.

I have not found a definitive tool to scan for malware including any keylogger.

Here's a screenshot of my scan results. I'm cleaning up multiple back ups of work files, images, audio and video files, docs and the like.

Is there a batch selected and quarrentine/delete feature on the pro version? I'm assuming yes, but I would like to know more about it's features before purchasing.

Duplicate File Finder.

How can I generate a list of duplicate files like in the older versions of the software. It made is easier for me to select the files I wanted to delete without having to look at each set of duplicate files. Is it possible iwth the newest version? IF so how?

Using Auslogic Duplicate File Finder how can you send duplicate files to a specific folder instead of the Recycle Bin or rescue center,\. Also how can you send duplicate files in their orginal file type to a specific folder.

I am currently using a 1TB HDD, which now has only approximately 143GB of free space remaining. I have noticed that my Microsoft 365 cloud drive is connected to my laptop, and downloading files from the cloud is consuming more storage than anticipated. How can I prevent cloud documents from being downloaded onto my laptop using Auslogics?

In the registry under system the i 3048 is missing and keyboard does not work hit a key and it sticks i have to use a second keyboard
