Sometimes I need to restart my pc several times to cause Windows to fully load. Sometimes it accepts me as the user but then shortly the screen goes blan. The hard drive indicates actions are happening but after 15 minutes screen is still blank. Then the next restart it may fully load Windows. Is there a way for me to find the cause of the issue?

Здраствуйте мне очень нужна Ваша помощь, у меня не отрывает страницы ни один браузер .Интернет есть , есть гугл , есть опера . но не открывает . не работают ссылки . Иными словами даже не появляются окна после нажатия ярлыка картинки на которые клацаещь а толку нет. Интернет есть показывает статус что все работает , ошибок не находит программа сканирования ... I have problems with defrag and optomize - it takes hours to complete the process. My previous version did not have that problem. It is so bad that i use windows defrag instead of Your defrag --- any ideas as to why???
