Is there any benefit in having Defrag Ultimate? Boostspeed 12 includes defrag. Can Defrag Ultimate do anything the defrag in Boostspeed can't do?

Is Defrag Ultimate only intended to be used with Boostspeed 11, and earlier versions of Boostspeed?

Occassionally, Quicken crashes. When it does, I must either force quit BoostSpeed or Restart my computer. This is because BoostSpeed locks the Quicken data file. I would like to exclude this file (or the containing folder) from any scanning or "interference" from BoostSpeed - can I do this? Is there any way to prevent BoostSpeed from tormenting my Quicken Files?

If I use duplicate file finder and click delete is the original also deleted?

I was using Thunderbird Portable e-mail client from my external drive [1TB capacity] for years before the crash. I am not sure if your IT specialist can assit me to solve this [ see attached ] I have 300K+ e-mails in it but since 4/10/24 when i tried to open it , the crash pop-up appeared. Due to this, I have to keep aside my external drive [ if plugged into my PC will shows as Driive D: ] and reinstal a fresh Thunderbird mail client to my laptop under Drive C: Only new e-mails from 4/10/24 are visible and I still hoping the old e-mails from Drive D: can still be recovered . Windows update says "can't update system reserved partition". How do I fix this?

I've just updated to windows 10 May update, have now completely lost functionality of shift keys.

Lately (last several weeks) the vast majority of my on-screen selections require a 'double click' on the mouse in order for advancing. How can I correct this so movement on-screen can be accomplished with just a single click on the mouse? Could this be an associated problem with Boostspeed's notice of "Hish system resource usage detected' and I "might experience extreme PC slowdown"?

I have an issue with my computer no longer reading the certificates when I insert my id card into a card reader on my computer. I've tested the card reader on different computers with windows 10 as well. So it's not the device or id card. I tested different card readers to no avail as well. It seems to be a softare issue that I think Austologics is blocking or something else. I've tried different browers and that also did not lead to any success.

I have an anti-virus program that always run and notified by Boostspeed (an item just added into.... start-up), "C:\Program Files\Bitdefender\Bitdefender 2017\bdagent.exe" , in the Registry/run of the Startup Manager. How can I mute this particular notification from poping up? It is too frequent.
I suggest an exception based notification where we can right-click a particular line in the Startup Manager to mute the message, but still allow it to execute (on startup).

i moved folders and files from the C: TO EXTRA SELF MADE G: TO FREE SPACE AND from that time i cant open most of the files and am having a hard time i dont know what to do
