Touchpad Stopped Working
Can you give me possible solution methods to get my Lenovo Yoga laptop (Win 10) touchpad to start working again? I am currently using a bluetooth connected mouse with my laptop, but "out of the blue" my touchpad stopped operating. I've had this issue happen before and a re-boot corrected the issue, but not this time. Thanks.
Ausllogics BoostSpeed 13 so difficult to open
Whenever I open Auslogics BoostSpeed to start it does not open , after some 5 mins and several times of tries it will open but is so slow to start to scan ??? After long wait no report on any problems why it did not start. Is this the normal speed of BoostSpeed 13 ???

Let me tell you that I am satisfied with the performance of the BostSpeed 13. Great Job.
I run the program, and everything is fine. The speed of the PC is unbelievable.
Except that, why does the laptop shut down 30 sec later under the electricity power and does not shut down when it is on battery power supply? Following the startup with battery I insert the plug of the electricity power and everting is running correctly. The matter is under electricity power plug in start up.
What can be the problem?

Jabra Speak 710
I have a Jabra Speak 710, connected through a Jabra Link 380 bluetooth device.
My computer (Thinkpad, with Windows 10 Pro Version 22H2) does not recognize the speaker as a sound device.
When connected to the computer through the USB cable, the speaker is visible in the catagory Other Devices iso Audio Devices.
The speaker and the link are working fine on another computer of mine, and also on my smartphone.
I reached out to Jabra support, they have helped me resetting the firmware, removing and reconnecting the device etc. but nothing works. I even got a new speaker from them, but still no change.
The problem started after installing an update of a driver. Undoing the update did not help.
I have even done a full re-installation of Windows, which has removed all customized settings, but problem still persists.
When starting up the computer, there is a very brief connect with the speaker (the speaker says : "PC connected"), but immediately followed by a disconnect (the speaker says : "PC disconnected")
I think there is an entry in the registry that prevents connecting with the speaker, but I am not able to identify it.

動作がいちいち遅くなって困っています。何を調べればよろしいのか教えてください。

Когда сижу в наушниках в одном ухе тихо играет музыка. Пробовал закрывать все приложения, смотреть в микшере громкости - проблему не нашел. Прибавление звука системы звук музыки не прибавляет. Yesterday I ran Auslogics BoostSpeed 13 and it messed up my ability to get into MSEdge. It wasnt until late last night that I figured out what happened but I don't know how to fix it. After running the scan and after clicking on the repair/fix it button, a small screen pops us and asks me to close the following files. They are all msedge.exe (6 or more), but it didn't do that this time and has stopped me from being able to get in MicroSoft Edge. Has my copy of Auslogics BoostSpeed 13 been compromised, have I missed and update or is something else going on? Can you help e with this?

Я хотел повысить fps помоему я снял что-то с диспетчера задач,и вводил команды в консоль в игре CS:GO в мастерской карте BENCHMARK. И, до этих изменении у меня было около 70-100 fps, а сейчас fps 40-60. Что мне делать? Подскажите, пожалуйста!

System Scan
When I am doing a system scan the scanner takes almost 30 minutes or more when it gets to temporary files. Is there something I can do to speed this up?

Здравствуйте! После выполнения глубокой очистки файлов перестало работать стандартное приложение Windows "Кино и ТВ". Исчез exe-файл - 0 байт. Прошу учесть при подготовке обновления BoostSpeed 12, а также подсказать - как востановить приложение "Кино и ТВ"?

I cannot hear anything on videos etc
I used malwarebytes to eliminate issues regarding popups and since then I cannot hear any videos. I have tried everything from chrome settings (BTW no sound on Explorer or Edge either) up to and including this software to correct. However to no avail.
There must be something I am missing...please help.

Every time your program scans my computer it affects the "Fences" program.
It then requires me to re-register that I am entitled to use the program using exactly the same password every time.
Surely it is possible for the scan to bypass making any changes like this....

Здравствуйте. Сегоодня вышла новая версия программы и возникает резонный вопрос - как установить обновление? Придется полностью удалять старую версию (с помощью спецпрограмм типа Revo) и устанавливать новую? Или есть еще другой вариант?
Empty Folder finder
I have run this a few times and it always finds new empty folders. Why does this happen? Also there are always some that can't be deleted. Again why please?

Device stops and freezes reqularly
My device is a very old one but still works properly, But these Days it starts To freeze reqularly and sometimes crashes, This only happened when i upgraded my laptop to windows 10, What should i do to prevent it

Hello, My question is this: From time to time when I right mouse button click on a file on the desktop or in a folder the computer just freezes with the little blue circle turning for like 20-30 seconds before the right click menu will pop up, it does not do it all the time and seems random and there does not seem to be a reason for this, I have followed all the tutorials online that I could find and that is even why I purchased your software but nothing seems to solve this annoying issue, hopefully you can help. Здравствуйте только купил клавиатуру Hyperx Alloe Fps Pro, где то час все было хорошо, потом клавиатура сама стала нажимать кнопки кнопка q работала как tab , потмо была ошибка что usb не видит код 43, подключил ее в другой порт, опять нажимает что хочешь, сайты открываются и тд, перезагрузил компьютер с включенной клавиатурой не загорался даже экран, без нее все хорошо, что делать?

I have added file shredder to recycle bin. However, when I try to delete file with file shredder, boost speed opens it large box with deletion options. Is there any possible way to delete file from recycle by using file shredder without opening the entire software ?
