Issues with installed software / Uninstall Auslogics Duplicate File Finder

Why have I never received my paid for PRO edition

I paid for the PRO Edition some time ago it would NEVER LOAD so I have been using the FREE Version
WHERE IS MY PRO ONE THAT I PAID FOR AND NEVER RECEIVED?
i HAVE EMAILD BEFORE WITH NO ANSWER
So I just gave up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
