cuando conecto mi Disco Duro Externo, la pc no la reconoce.

Pourquoi après chaque mise à jour de votre produit, mon imrpimante ne fonctionne plus, je suis obligé de la désinstaller puis refaire une installation. ce qui du temps et de l'argent perdu. Si cela continu, je me verrai dans l'obligation de ma séparre de vos services.

after todays update the sound icon when clicked upon appears ok but as soon as the mouse is moved to adjust the sound the icon disappears
What can I do to bring it back to normal?

Sometimes i like to connect my phone to my pc with bluetooth so i can listen music while playing games (is easier to change music or control volume). Today i connected the phone to pc, it shows is connected but when i play music i can t hear anything in pc`s speakers. I opened task manager, and i saw that Bluetooth User Suppor Service is stopped and i can t start it. I click start but nothing happends. Please help

Lately (last several weeks) the vast majority of my on-screen selections require a 'double click' on the mouse in order for advancing. How can I correct this so movement on-screen can be accomplished with just a single click on the mouse? I don't remember what I did when I used the Auslogics BoostSpeed 11 free version. I can't recover the previous windows versions, because they were deleted. I went to the recovery center and it didn't help me with retrieving my lost files. Prior to trying this software, I was able to control the brightness of my screen. I have tried to load the HP graphics, and it says that my computer doesn't meet the requirements.

Windows 11 will not recognize and allow either of these two really nice, brand new, input devices to operate in the windows environment.

I've used the Auslogics Driver Updated version 2 to make sure all the drivers were current and operational.

I'm running a MSI Rader GE76 12UE 871, with 64 GB Ram, and 3 TB of SSD storage. I've also verified with the MSI Support site that I'm running the latest version of BIOS.

Everything else seems to run just fine.

I can utilize any BT keyboard and mouse without issue.

When I boot the system into BIOS setup, the USB G203 mouse works just fine and allow me to make any selections that I might need. I've also taken both devices to my wife's laptop and they both work just fine there as well so I'm fairly positive there is some setting in the windows environment that has become corrupted and will not allow me to uise these nice devices.

My adapter has stopped. I need to get it up and running again..

After I installed Auslogics and ran all the tests, my camera and microphone were disabled. I managed to turn the camera back on but not the microphone even after going into my Privacy settings and enabling it. It happened on both machines, one with a Logitech headset and the other with a Jabra 510 speaker. Both microphones are still not functioning. Please advise. I am running Windows 10 on both desktops.
