Постоянно становятся неактивными два USBпорта. Помогает только переустановка Windows.
Неужели нет другого решеия?

Hello, I used Auslogics BoostSpeed 13 to clean up the data. After cleaning, my DELL notebook (DELL 5520) could not connect to the wireless network. The following two keys of my Dell Inspiron laptop is not workin ;
1) 'Delete' key
2) 'Down arrow' key.

My laptop's system drive is 'C', one of the system folder in drive 'C' is occupying too much of space. I am pretty sure that there are plenty of unnecessary data and file. How can I find which one to keep and which one to delete, pls advice.

I have two external HD of exactly the same size, 3.63 TB, they both hace exactly the same amount of data stored on them both, 1.84 TB, 2240 files, 61 folders. My issue is that the "free space" shows a difference amount, 1.50 TB verse 1.55 TB. I have ensured that recycle bin on them both are empty and ran every program that would make sense with the confines of BoostSpeed 13 and nothing seems to make any difference. This isn't the only example of this sort of thing happening. I'm bewildered. Please advise.

By the way, I wasn't sure what to pick above for "Device" so I randomly picked something.

Are there any chances to solve this problem using Auslogics products? Guess, none.

The System Information report for my external backup hard drive above shows the following;

What does this mean and how do I fix it?

when attempting to open Scanner, i receive the above message, but no information is given.
I have tested the scanner (epson xp 510) on another pc with no problems.
I have checked for virus, checked drivers, but no response.

My Win 10 (64bit) PC can find my Epson printer on my local network, connected by ethernet cable to my router, and installs the "necessary files". However, afterward in my settings it shows the printer with "Driver is Unavailable" and nothing will print. Both my wife's PC and all of our iPhones/iPads have no issues printing so I know it is connected properly and functional. The only device having an issue is my PC. I have removed the printer and reinstalled it multiple times with the same result. I have also downloaded and installed the newest drivers available from Epson for this printer but somehow my computer does not seem to be able to find or recognize them. A support request has been sent to Epson but so far any suggestions from their automated response system have not be successful.

I want to change the partitions on an SSD that i use for instant backup. I was hoping Boostspeed had this functionality.

If it exists, please point me to it.

My HP Envy desktop has no sound and can no longer find an audio device installed after a Windows 10 routine update.

I am a long time professional and I am actually quite tech savvy. I use the computer very very clean (obsessive level) But my mouse started to lag recently. I have downloaded Auslogics Pro (thats how we met) Even though I liked the software, it didnt solve the problem.

My laptop is Dell Vostro with i7 and 8GB Ram. Fairly new one (less than 1 year) But even with a simple operation (like opening Skype) it starts to level up fan noise and mouse starts to flicker, lag from time to time.

I formated everything on my computer (because this was not the case until very recently) but even that didnt help.

What can be the reason?
