I just bought MX ANYWHERE 2S mouse. Logitech web page insists I must have the LOGITECH OPTIONS executable to parameter the mouse. So I tried to install, but the installation does not complete.

That's it for now.

My DVD-writer does not write audio files on CD when I try to create nusic CDs. The reverse is possible and it also plays dvds.

In the menu that pops up when I hover the BoostSpeed icon in the system tray there is information that I have a drive error. I have run the standard disk scan but it doesn't show any errors on any of my drives.
Should I run a deep scan?
I have decided to bother you with this and not simply run the deep scan because I have had a number of situations with various computer equipment that could be descrived as "unlucky" and I am reluctant to do anything that isn't necesarry to my system.

My microphone has stopped working and doesn't seem recognised ny Windows 10. Zoom is displaying a picture rather than video.

I've got a Lenovo Y50 laptop. Display brightness is usually controlled by Fn + up arrow and Fn +ndown arrow. Brightness controls are not working. Not sure when this started happening.

Screens Blacks Out (Stops Displaying on Minor Electricity Surges from Fridge-Freezer), but only when using HDMI connection. Happens approx. every 30 mins or so, sometimes every 15 minutes.

Can you tell me how to fix wireless mouse and keyboard lag? My computer is running slow and ran One Click Scanner, Updated all BIOS firmware, Windows 10 and Device Drivers, ran virus and malware applications, did a clean install of Windows 10, eliminated and reinstalled mouse and keyboard drivers, replaced monitor, graphics card and its driver, defragged drives, removed cloud-based backup storage, and removed non-essential processes and software.

At this point, I'm about ready to pull all my hair out. I can't seem to find the cause. The only finding has been:

Windows 11 will not recognize and allow either of these two really nice, brand new, input devices to operate in the windows environment.

I've used the Auslogics Driver Updated version 2 to make sure all the drivers were current and operational.

I'm running a MSI Rader GE76 12UE 871, with 64 GB Ram, and 3 TB of SSD storage. I've also verified with the MSI Support site that I'm running the latest version of BIOS.

Everything else seems to run just fine.

I can utilize any BT keyboard and mouse without issue.

When I boot the system into BIOS setup, the USB G203 mouse works just fine and allow me to make any selections that I might need. I've also taken both devices to my wife's laptop and they both work just fine there as well so I'm fairly positive there is some setting in the windows environment that has become corrupted and will not allow me to uise these nice devices.

В настройках микрофона он включен, но когда нажимаю прослушать с утройства, там тишина. браузер тоже его не видит, дискорд предлагает поменять устройтво, но толку от этого тоже нет. Драйвера уже удалял и ставил заново, проблемы не решило

I don't remember what I did when I used the Auslogics BoostSpeed 11 free version. I can't recover the previous windows versions, because they were deleted. I went to the recovery center and it didn't help me with retrieving my lost files. Prior to trying this software, I was able to control the brightness of my screen. I have tried to load the HP graphics, and it says that my computer doesn't meet the requirements.

My Touch Screen Monitor stopped working and I have gone into Devices and it is not listed under "HID compliant devices" but under Monitor as "GENARIC".

Hello, my display turned pink. I wonder if it is due to Auslogics activity. Can u help me resolve this? I am using Asus Laptop X505Z

After installing your product software, my HP Office Jet Pro 9010 series PCL-3 stopped printing.
Although the printer is wireless connected. The PC sees the printer. HP diagnostics says that the printer is working and connected.
So everything as far as I can observe is connected and working.

When I click the print button in WORD, the printer goes through its process, makes all the clicking sounds and it just stops without printing. I looked at the printer queue and the document loads, then it disappears from the queue and nothing happens.
The printer quiets down and stops dead. Although the printer is connected and on.

By the way, I have a 2 laptops also connected to the printer by WIFI. These laptops do not have your software installed on them. When I print from them, the printer works. So, I know that the printer is working correctly. Besides, it's new!

I did some tweaks using Aulogics BoostSpeed 11. My keyboard is now working intermittently, but I'm not sure what tweak may have caused that. I will be typing and it will just stop recording my keystrokes for a few seconds, so I have to wait for a few seconds until the keyboard starts responding again. I have a new HP Envy laptop. Any suggestions? Thanks a lot.

p.s.: on the dropdown above for device, it gave me four options. I just selected what I think is the right one
