Auslogics Boostspeed 12 problem
When I try to use the Boostspeed 12 "Maintain" tab and do a SCAN, I get a message popping up stating that it is "checking fragmentation on my F: Drive.
It should be checking fragmentation on my C: Drive. I do not want it to do anything with my F: Drive.
How do I get the SCAN to switch drives?

Hi, when cleaning up windows 10 by using boostspeed 12, it deletes all my downloaded files and videos ! how to resolve or avoid this ??? Thanks in advance

DNS server
Hi! Thanks for the help! I would like to change my local DNS server to a faster one! I have used Namebench to scan for one but the Auslogics app blocks my upgrade. Can I tempoarily disable Auslogics to change the server or must I uninstall the app then reinstall it after I get a new DNS server? I always do a network scan to set the perameters which does help but it help to get a better DNS! What can I do? Thank You, Craig Stone Jackson Ca.
Tab Crashes when go to Look at Report from Deep Disk Cleaner
After I run my Auslogics Boostspeed (makes a backup). I go to look at report and get error "Gah. your tab failed" What/Why does this happen? I don't know how to attach the report. Sorry (Old Lady)

per un breve periodo con windows 10 ha funzionato l'IRDA (infrarosso) che uso per scaricare i dati di un vecchio cardiofrequenzimetro dopo un aggiornamento l'IRDA non ha più funzionato e nonostante le ricerche su internet per la risoluzione del problema e l'applicazione dei parametri consigliati sempre su internet la mia pennetta IRDA non funziona. I am using SSD optimization with Auslogic Bootspeed 12 to optimize my C drive (114 GB free 54 gb) it took a whole day to finish. Is it normal for a ssd optimization running? (while it only took 5 mins to optimize my D drive 98GB free 54GB). How frequently should I run SSD optimization

I am using SSDs optimization for my SSD drive but I found out on the internet and youtube that I should not defragment my SSD, just let window trim does the work. I would like to know if Auslogic do any good for SSD and is it gonna insert extra "write" to my SSD? If it is the case I would rather use Window trim since I saw SSD optimization also do defragment task when I optimize with Auslogic Bootspeed 12

problem with auslogics
It wont let me create a restore point, and the restore points I had created it has deleted.

I installed Auslogics bootSpeed 12 Pro, and after first scan, reboot windows 10 pc(Dell XPS 13 9505).
I was obtained next messages. Maybe other sofware's Activation informations were destroyed.
（1）C:\ProgramData\Stardock\Fences3\License.sig was deleted.
The first massage is that reactivate fences 3. (Activation code is neaded)
（2）In the case of Auslogics driver updater, my activation code exceeded the limited number of activation.
And the costomer service replied me by mail that they cannot refresh my activation code.
（3）Next massge window opened that I rejister again Sound Blaster of Creative Teclonogy co.
(4)From now on, what do I do to prevent missing activation informations of my Windows10 pc.

recovery of duplicate files accidentaly removed
I have removed duplicate files using the software, unfortunately i lost many RAW files of the photographs instead of JPEG versions of the RAW files, I wish to recover my raw files which was deleted first from the hard drive into the recycle bin and removed from there, the RAW files are Nikon NEF files. popup reminders
Everytime I turn on my computer I get three popups that want me to update three Auslogics programs. How can I stop these popups? I will renew each program as I have the monetary resources.

I am 76 and live in a nursing home in NY. I have a Dell Inspiron 5570. I have my own room and use Windows 10. A predatory fire wall was installed by someone not me a few months ago. I hate it and want it unistalled. It question links I try to open in my email.
I use wi fi provided by the nursing home. I have Searched the internet and it say to uninstall it thru the programs file. It's not there.
There is a more omplicated way but I am not that literate to use it. It was likely installed by the nursing home to prevent employees from watching porn on company equiptment. But residents have their own line and work is seperate.

Auslogics Boost speed
I subscribed to Boost spoeed 9 a while ago and it worked as expected.. It had a function of Scan Repair and sleep.. good for the end of the day.
However as the program is up dated it no longert has that function and I find I have to buy a new licence for each up date. . With out the scan repair and sleep ,it seems not now wortyh paying for more up dates.
What can i do and shall i lookj for another program that will do that for me

Documents not opening
For some reason I cannot open any of my previous microsoft office documents, not work nor excel. When I choose to open them it says "You'll need a new app to open this .docx file" Look for an app in microsoft store. Says same when trying to open Excel documents. It was fine last time I used it about a week ago and now cant open any of my documents, nor word blank document templates.

boost speed 13
When I do a scan, it comes back and tells me xxxx amount of junk to be cleaned and fragmented. When I click recolvder all, 90% of the junk is removed. I cleaned junk files and it said xxxx amount of files and it cleaned all but 91 mg. I therefore have to clean 2 or 3 times to remove all. WHY? I have paid for this version and it is not updated. Please advise.

printer does not print after running Auslogic
can you help to sort out problem with printing after "optimisation" of notebook by running Auslogic. Aslo smart car readerstopped working. Card reader was not recognised, one of the services was disabled by the Booster. Smart card reader problem was solved by enabling the service, but the printer does not work still.

I got a chance to spin this wheel that said i would get a certain percentage off and it landed on the 100%, so i'm wondering if that means if i get it for free. And if it does mean i get it for free, i didn't recieve anything.

BoostSpeed11のダッシュボードからスキャン、表示された問題を解決すると、インストールされている「GoogleDrive」が終了します。
割り当ててある仮想ドライブも消え、タスクバーのアイコンも消えてGoogleDriveが機能しません。GoogleDriveの再起動も出来ません。
GoogleDriveが終了した時点でGoogleDriveアプリのプログラム自体は削除されないので、
コントロールパネル、プログラムと機能から削除→再起動→ログイン→再インストールが必要になります。
GoogleDriveのインストールフォルダや関連すると思われるレジストリをスキャン対象から除外しましたが、この問題は解決しません。
何か良い方法があれば教えて下さい。
