in 2015 I've purchased the Auslogics BoostSpeed 7 Premium and shortly was released a update and the software after update asked to be paid again which I've consider to be a unfair practice.

I am asking to provide me the posibility to install the software that I've purchased since at this moment in not possible to download the software from internet.

How do I prevent BoostSpeed from interfering with Google Drive File Stream? Each time I scan, I lose connection to the Google Drive File Stream and have to uninstall and re-install it.

Ноутбук Dell перестал распознавать оригинальное зарядное устройство Dell и АКБ не заряжается так как раньше.
Ноутбук был приобретен новым и я единственный владец. Раньше всё было в порядке. Установка вашего ПО и запуск всех инструментов пока ничего не дал. Я не могу понять в чём причина?
Ваш софт и фирменный софт Dell сообщает что АКБ находится в отличном состоянии. Сама Windows 7 pro показывает что АКБ подключена к З/У, но сообщает что АКБ не заряжается. АКБ не заряжается даже при полном выключении или перезагрузке ноутбука.
Как решение я вижу возможность также перепрошить BIOS. Пожалуйста, помогите решить вопрос.

I don't remember what I did when I used the Auslogics BoostSpeed 11 free version. I can't recover the previous windows versions, because they were deleted. I went to the recovery center and it didn't help me with retrieving my lost files. Prior to trying this software, I was able to control the brightness of my screen. I have tried to load the HP graphics, and it says that my computer doesn't meet the requirements.

На разных дисках установлена Windows 8.1 и Windows 10. Один раз я искал нужный файл, который был Windows 8.1. Для этого изменил занрузку в BIOS и запустил Windows 8.1. Искал файл. Вернулся на Windows10 у меня начались проблемы Windows 10. Потом много чистил и обновлял Windows 10 с помощью Auslogics. Удалось исправить, но вот с диском никак. Да и времени просто не хватает. Помогите с чего начать чтобы работать с диском

Hello and good morning, I'm not very good at softwares and know-how's on PC but I've tried using this program to probably fix the cause of what could be causing the BSOD's on my PC. After I tried to use the Auslogics Driver Updater, I updated some of the drivers and it asked me to restart so I did. After I restarted, the pc kept giving me a BSOD where it was written something like: Boot device inaccessible. So I couldn't even put the password and login properly. I had to restore the data to a certain point so I could get my pc back. I'm not sure what the problem is yet so I decided to write this message to you and ask for a helping hand.

при помощи вашей программы я запустил сканирование компьютера. После окончания сканирования ваша программа предложила исправить "недостатки" системы. После этого у меня исчез внутренний диск D со всей инфомацией. Как такое может быть? И что мне сделать чтобы всё восстановить обратно. Спасибо.

I keep getting a High Resource Usage Detection message even when I haven't got a lot of programmes open, and my laptop gets very hot. I have looked through Auslogics Boost Speed 11 Menu but can't seem to find a tool that may help with this.
Could you please advise which tool I should be looking to use in order to put this problem right.
