when I Right mouse click or Double click on a file it takes almost 90 second to 2 minutes to respond in window explorer

Добрый день! В браузере с недавних пор стали произвольно чсасто обновляться открытые страницы. С чем это связано и как можно убрать это? После последнего обновления это появилось.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!! I INSTALLED A PROGRAM CALLED "QUANTUM RESONANCE MAGNETIC ANALYZER" ON COMPUTER EVERY THING INSTALLED FINE, IT CREATED A DESK ICON ETC... BUT WHEN I TRY TO OPEN THE PROGRAM UP THE MESSAGE IN THE SUBJECT ABOVE IS WHAT I KEEP GETTING. I TRIED EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I RESTARTED THE COMPUTER, I DID THE SFL /SCANNOW THING, I DISABLED MY VIRUS PROTECTION, I UPDATED DRIVERS BUT NOTHING!!!!!!! IM TRULY AT A LOSS IM VERY FRUSTRATED BECAUSE I PAID OVER 100 DOLLARS FOR THE PROGRAM AND I CANT USE IT! SO CAN YOU PLEASE HELP? OR WILL I HAVE TO TRY TO SEND THE PROGRAM BACK? Спасибо за возможность задать Вам вопрос.
В моём ноутбуке - операционнная система WINDOWS 7; она была переустанавлена специалистом в январе этого года после профессиональной чистки системы.
Есть вопрос об ошибке, номер которой есть на скриншоте вложения, сделанном при внезапном отключении ноутбука во время обычной его работы. Такое внезапное отключение моего ноутбука случается неожиданно, всегда без всяких предварительных каких-либо признаков; при этом на экране висит текст с номером ошибки, который видно на скриншоте.
Что значат такие внезапные отключения? Как предотвратить такие отключения, что исправить в системе?
