Windows plante mantenant régulièrement, alors que cela n'arrivait jamais avant. Pourquoi ?

my laptop was set up with a email the i had to stop using because it was hacked, now when i try to log in the first login that is i see located in the center of the screen, that is the one that has the old email address. i also have two other emails that show up at the same time in the lower left side of the screen, either one will get me in, the old email will not let me get in, how do i remove the old email address from the login screen and pick of one of the two for primary login?

Hello! Today my screen flickered and I couldn't use any browsers, I've tried chrome, firefox, edge, opera. It opens and when I try to click a link, it just goes back to the prevous screen. I can't even get your update from the link inthe app. it takes me to your site and when I click on update, it just does nothing. I can't do a search or click a bookmark.
I'm on windows 10 Pro.
I tried a system restore from your app and it failed with an error about the restore point was damaged.%programfiles%\windowsapps
AppxStaging.
So I tried it within windows. same errors.
I can't do anything that involves a browser.
I did a scan with malwarebytes, found nothing.
Not sure how to fix this.

I have a pretty decent computer that I had built 5 years ago for online gaming. Whenever I am in a large group setting with 15+ people I get significant FPS loss down to 10-15 FPS. It makes it impossible to play competently and affects my performance drastically in such settings so much so to the point that groups don't want me joining them because it is such a hindrance. My gaming laptop that was significantly cheaper by about $4,000 runs the same game more smoothly in these settings with 15+ people. I would really like to get to the bottom of what is causing this to happen so I can play competently and progress with my team.
