Why does my pc randomly shut off its not over heating because the temp says its fine and when turned on cpu and vga red light turn on and off

- KERNEL SECURE BOOT MODE
- BAD POOL CALLER
- A VECES INDICA QUE LO QUE FALLO ES EL ARCHIVO ntoskrnl.sys Y APCI.sys

ESPERANDO SUS RESPUESTAS AL ERROR PRESENTADO, YA ACTUALICE LOS DRIVERS CON AUSLOGIC DRIVER UPDATES, CORREGI CON REGISTRY CLEANER PERO SIGUE OCURRIENDO

When I click on my Desktop Icons "Documents-Shortcut"or "Pictures-Shortcut" they will not open. How can I fix that? I was unable to load "Documents-Shortcut" or "Pictures-Shortcut" to the "Add files:" below. Thank you.

Votre logiciels a apparemment affecté certains liens, car on ne voit plus les vignettes des photos dans les Fichiers.
Pour les voir il faut les ouvrir les photos dans leur lecteur.
Peut-on les récupérer?

After running features in boost speed, I have a flie folder that will not stay deleted from my home screen.

The screen also loses the background image from time to time.

I do nave an Nvidia GEFORCE RTX video card, but that was never an issue prior to running the product. Most of the time video runs off of the motherboard.

Can you help me to correct these issues?

Depuis plusieurs mois, toutes les mises à jour du type "Mise à jour de fonctionnalitré vers Windows 10 - 22H2" se terminent avec un code erreur 0x8007001f. Cela se reproduit tous les jours maintenant.
Mes tentatives de correction du problème n'ont pas abouti. Merci de m'aider.

i have core Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700HQ CPU @ 2.80GHz 2.80 GHz, 24 gb ram, 512 nvme pci 3,0, hdd, 2 gb graphics, win 11 legal windows homw, when the computer starts, the cpu % is always in 100%, in between while woring normally, the processor % goes always 100%. can youguide regarding this.

Hello! Today my screen flickered and I couldn't use any browsers, I've tried chrome, firefox, edge, opera. It opens and when I try to click a link, it just goes back to the prevous screen. I can't even get your update from the link inthe app. it takes me to your site and when I click on update, it just does nothing. I can't do a search or click a bookmark.
I'm on windows 10 Pro.
I tried a system restore from your app and it failed with an error about the restore point was damaged.%programfiles%\windowsapps
AppxStaging.
So I tried it within windows. same errors.
I can't do anything that involves a browser.
I did a scan with malwarebytes, found nothing.
Not sure how to fix this.

I log into my laptop as local user ACS_LLC but when logged in it shows my email as mikewruth@gmail.com
I have run an elevated command prompt - commands ...
I ran "sfc /scannow", and it said "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them".
I ran "DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth", and it said "No component store corruption detected".
I ran "CHKDSK C:", and it said "Windows has scanned the file system and found no problems".

When I get to the command prompt through the Recovery Window it opens as directory X: not C: and when I use the cmd X:/cd.. it does not show C: only X: drive letter

I did the four scans suggested under Maintenance and the File Explorer has stopped working. I've tried several fixes suggested on line, but nothing works. What to do?
