i moved folders and files from the C: TO EXTRA SELF MADE G: TO FREE SPACE AND from that time i cant open most of the files and am having a hard time i dont know what to do

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!! I INSTALLED A PROGRAM CALLED "QUANTUM RESONANCE MAGNETIC ANALYZER" ON COMPUTER EVERY THING INSTALLED FINE, IT CREATED A DESK ICON ETC... BUT WHEN I TRY TO OPEN THE PROGRAM UP THE MESSAGE IN THE SUBJECT ABOVE IS WHAT I KEEP GETTING. I TRIED EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I RESTARTED THE COMPUTER, I DID THE SFL /SCANNOW THING, I DISABLED MY VIRUS PROTECTION, I UPDATED DRIVERS BUT NOTHING!!!!!!! IM TRULY AT A LOSS IM VERY FRUSTRATED BECAUSE I PAID OVER 100 DOLLARS FOR THE PROGRAM AND I CANT USE IT! SO CAN YOU PLEASE HELP? OR WILL I HAVE TO TRY TO SEND THE PROGRAM BACK?
