Windows-related issues

I get home screen. no programs loading. What can I do now ?

Looking at the report from Revo Uninstaller of applications on my windows laptop running Windows 10, I can see most of them are the 64-bit version but quite a few of them (including Auslogics Boostspeed 13, Adobe Digital Editions 4.5, Kaspersky, Dropbox to name a few) are showing as the 32-bit version.
I believe if these were the 64-bit version they will run better and faster.
Is there anything I can do to convert them from 32-bit to 64-bit?

When I click on my Desktop Icons "Documents-Shortcut"or "Pictures-Shortcut" they will not open. How can I fix that? I was unable to load "Documents-Shortcut" or "Pictures-Shortcut" to the "Add files:" below. Thank you.

Pour les voir il faut les ouvrir les photos dans leur lecteur.
Peut-on les récupérer?

Hello. I am finding that everytime I start my pc laptop, without prompting, it begins to endlessly open new files from the 'This PC' or the 'My files' folders.
I have run every manner of BoostSpeed 13 tools, and checked updates which may have 'upset the apple cart', but I fairly ignorant of this stuff and it has got me 'stuffed' !
Any suggestions please. ? TIA

Each time I log in to Win 11 I am asked if I want to set up my computer.

Is there any way to removed this annoyance? The app doesn't appear in my list of installed apps.

Why does my pc randomly shut off its not over heating because the temp says its fine and when turned on cpu and vga red light turn on and off

I have recently removed MS Edge from my PC because I have found it so intrusive, changing settings and software useage etc. But now my Taskbar MS news widget displays headlines and pix but will not show the news in detail when clicked on. Previouslt it complained it couldn't find Edge, now it just does nothing. How do I set the widget to use my current browser. I am proficient in tweaking the registry but have resisted that so far. i have core Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700HQ CPU @ 2.80GHz 2.80 GHz, 24 gb ram, 512 nvme pci 3,0, hdd, 2 gb graphics, win 11 legal windows homw, when the computer starts, the cpu % is always in 100%, in between while woring normally, the processor % goes always 100%. can youguide regarding this.
