Is it possible to disable scanning and updating the tweak for location services during a scan?

I always have to use regedit after scanning and resolving to bring location services back to normal, that is ENABLED.

See instructions below.

Open Registry Editor by typing regedit in the Start menu search bar.
Navigate to Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\LocationAndSensors.
If the LocationAndSensors folder doesn't exist, create it.
Inside LocationAndSensors, create a new DWORD (32-bit) Value named DisableLocation and set its value data to 0.
Restart your computer

I need help for some reason there was some kind of update the other week from either windows or intel or dell I'm not sure but my pc was fine before then now only the main monitor will display the other monitor that is connected via vga will not send a signal i have spoke to windows didn't no dell didn't want to no as my pc is older and intel basic told me to pay £48.00 and they would see if the could fix the problem but if they couldn't i would still have to pay can anyone help me as i have tried everything took the battery out and held the power on button to reset bought God knows how many leads I've tried to put the monitors through a splitter via hdmi and neither of the monitors work then

Improvvisamente, qualche giorno fa, tutte le icone colorate presenti sul desktop e nella barra sono scomparse e non sono in grado di riattivarle in nessun modo. Gradirei ricevere passo dopo passo la procedura da seguire per riattivare tutte le icone scomparse.

ive been getting the blue screen frequently recently, and cannot access the screen to fix it. Can you advise?

On a variety of different videos that appear within Facebook or YouTube or other media platforms I have no probl;em playing the original video and sound, all is fine. As soon as I go to Full Screen on the majority of these videos/reels the sound becomes garbled as if there is interference or speed changes. Whe I revert to non full screen or the original sized video, the sound is OK.

perhaps could be i phrase it in a wrong manner. I shall repeat my question one more time, sorry for the troubles.

I connect my ear buds via the bluetooh on Windows 11m and it gets connected. Image attached.
but then when i start to play my radio, the sounds still comes from the external speaker instead of my ear buds. And it happened to disappeared as shown on my second image.

I have a persistent problem with my Surface devices. After a machine has not been out of use for some time, but is running, my bluetooth devices disconnect and I have to stop and restart bluetooth to make them operable. I have also had a problem where my network connection to the internet is disabled and I cannot see any WI-FI access points - I then have to reboot to overcome the problem.

The issues started about six months ago.

I have done the obvious things - applied the latest Windows 11 updates and checked that drivers are up-to-date?

I would appreciate knwing if there is a solutions, thanks.
