Recommended tools to scan for malware, keyloggers
I am attempting to run definitive Malware scans on my PCs and Laptops
I have run the Auslogics Malware scan but it found nothing.
It is suspected that there could have been a keylogger installed and I am trying to rule that out.
I have also run a one time free Malwarebytes scan which only found cookies.
I have not found a definitive tool to scan for malware including any keylogger.
How to fix random pc shutdowns?
About a week ago my computer started randomly shutting down. Sometimes it doesn't happen for a couple hours and sometimes it's on for about 15 minutes. There has a few times I'll see it just power back up. Any advice as to fixing this?
How to fix programs minimizing or disappearing from the screen?
A program or video disappears from my computer screen and or a full screen minimises; this just started happenning. How can I fix it?

Desktop icons move around when i install a program

How to connect wireless headphones (Beats) to PC?
I cannot get my wireless headphones (Beats) to connect to my computer.
Cannot backup files to an external SSD
I run Win 11 Pro on my laptop. Until late September, I've never had an issue with the Win backup process to an external SSD drive, It's been a weekly automated process since I bought my laptop 3+ years ago. Only suddenly, it's not. It appears all the desired content from my C: drive SSD gets backed up, but whatever normally happens next fails, and I ger a message the backup didn't complete. I tried unchecking the checkbox to create a system image file, in case that was a problem. It made no difference. I tested and even reformatted the backup drive to NTFS standards. I've run out of things to try, but I still very much want a successful weekly data backup that's NOT to the cloud. Any suggestions? Thanks for whatever guidance you can offer.
