Windows-related issues

Two weeks ago I cleaned things up with your program..I rememeber cleaning "empty folders". Not sure if I touched registry clean.
I recently have noticed that my outlook email querries (IMAp etc) does not do a proper search . Only a few items related to the question show up.

Also Onenote desktop does not search and find all items. On other computers One note and outlook work fine. On my main desktop, (which has your program) some items are found on the search but not all that should be there in the querry.

On Onenote web on this machine, all items are searched and work.. Other computers work fine. But onenote deskotop on this one machine only finds few items related to the question. Talking to microsoft they think somethinkg happended to windows search in registry.
Can I recover what might ave been deleted in the cleanup. Are files deleted, stored somewere


Any ideas re the problem.

Hi, I have AuslogicsBoostSpeed ​​11 licensed on 3 computers. 2 computers, the oldest, have windows 8.1 PRO. Newer computers have Windows 10 PRO. In the SOFTWARE-SYSTEM INFORMATION-OPERATING SYSTEM section the product key normally appears while on the PC with W10PRO the alphanumeric character string of the product key is covered with the capital B letters. I NEED YOUR HELP HOW CAN I DISABLE WINDOWS DEFENDER WINDOWS 10

Using Windows 11 Pro for Workstations. This is the first and only time I have used this OS so I don't have any experience troubleshooting it or point of reference. I have multiple devices, headphones and other devices that I know work for Bluetooth conectively purposes but otherwise but when I attempt to use them on this laptop, Windows tells me that the devices are connecting to the Bluetooth device I have selected but I get no sound. The only thing I can tell you that stands out and is related is that it tells me under System/Bluetooth that the device is connected but when I go to System/Sound, the connected device will not show under Sound/Outbut Device even though it shows connected under Bluetooth. I have considered reloading the OS from scrath (factory reset etc.) but really don't want to go through all that. So I am asking if you have any ideas otherwise.

Hi, I have been a customer of yours for a long time. I am satisfied with the software but now I need to ask a question or rather a report.
I have the license for 3 PCs, and on one PC I have the new MSFS FS2020 simulator. Thanks to the backup I restored the files. The problem is that after deep cleaning privacy, traces in applications, empty folders, registry files, Windows system files could no longer start the game. Recently I was having problems with Microsoft Store that it kept giving an error message when updating apps (can't remember which one eaxctly). So I reset it as per advice on various forums but since then Microsoft Store has disappeared from Apps and no longer works at all!

Please help / advise.

I've tried everything to get my Sony bluetooth headphones to connect automatically, it is paired in "Devices" but when I switch the headphones on they wont connect, I have to go into Settings - Devices and physically connect by pressing the connect tab, I've tried going into "Services" then scrolling down to "Bluetooth Support Service", stopping it then restarting it, it just won't restart properly, the green "curtain" only goes about 15% accross before stopping i.e it has'nt restarted properely, any ideas!!!!

I am using Windows 10 Pro Version 20H2 OS build 19042.964. recently some of the basic windows apps like Caculator, Calendar etc are not working in my system. Windows Defender firewall is also not running. Any solutions please advice.

I was on Insider program which loaded enterprise edition a few years ago.

When computer crashed it reloaded a windows 10 home and now wants me to activate the 10 program. I paid for a win 10 home edition but it will not accept the activation code because of the enterpirse edition I just use without the activation. I tried talking to microsoft and not any answer.

Hi. For both Microsoft Edge and Google browsers whenever I run Boostspeed after that the tabs i spent hours setting up all disappera and its like the first time running the browser. That used to happen with Firefox browser but not anymore and I have no idea why that one works ok. Is there a way to set up Boostspeed so it NEVER deletes exsiting tabs. I run multiple businesses and have tabs for all suppliers opened and easy to access. I like Auslogics products but why are they set by default to wipe our existing saved tabs and how do I prevent that? Version of browser does not seem to matter. Is there a way I can save tab structure on a browser in case this happens and recover it? Thanks - Brad Fry

I updated Windows 10 yesterday. Windows Security and Explorer freeze. When I run BoostSpeed13 ver.13.0.0.6, it freezes, but Windows Security and Explorer work normally without BoostSpeed13. Please tell me how to resolve.
