Hello. I'm a regular gamer, but when I play a game, no matter which one, my computer always crashes. Everyday, for months. I have used boostspeed 11 many times to fix this, but despite what Auslogics promised, my computer is no more stable than before. Nothing has changed. So I’m wondering what it pays to pay for software that promises to take care of our computer’s system, if it’s just basic operations that don’t solve anything. Everytime I try to download the newsest version of BootSpeed, my laptop saves it as an Adobe PDF file and will not open/install. Will completely removing the BootSpeed app and then downloading the newest version work around my problem?

All devices listed under sound video and game controllers have yellow error triangles and when you open properties for each it shows "Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)" I have rebooted, uninstalled all and rebooted and nothing changes usb audio has red x and no audio output device is installed and usb camera says camera in use by another app. I have disconnected both after uninstalling in device manager, rebooted then plugged them back in all still come up with error triangles and audio / camera are not functioning.

Hi when ever I check my computer with malwarebyte it detects my bootspeed as a problem. it deletes bootspeed. Have you come across this problem? How do I fix it?

I've observed an issue that shows up on Wlndow 7 and Window 11... Both are of the Professional types...

I use many computer programs and they use a lot of hardware items too... For one example I have a private observatory, and my telescope movements and its Dome movements "plus more" convert a USB slots into a multible differenet COM port uses in that busy operations... Because of this need,,, USB slots are often found jumping around a lot within their ID numbers... My trouble is both of these softwares seem to like to collect COM? into a "InUse" classification which cause port numbers to be used up and remain behind unnecessarily... Some softwares don't like high Port Number too... I am trying to find a way to clear them OUT... It appears CCLEANER or Auslogic routines don't have a way to clearn these items out... I just spent a few hours tring to find a way to clean them... No luck so far! Maybe you can point me to something I missed in my license copy of Auslogics BoostSpeed 14... I have attach a image of the pathway to where this issue shows up to help you see what I see... This should be a garbage cleaning item that would be very automatic for end users... Because of this issue, COM port use get into trouble when they get left behind... I have looked a lot into the device manager within Windows whatever with a desire to find a cleaning button... But no such luck...

So, I am looking for a way to clear them off of several computers... I did not even see a manual method... Hum....

It appears when they are not used, they don't seem to fade away on their own... "Not nice!" I tried to re-boot and other efforts without success... I spent hours today trying to find a way... "I am Stuck!" I now think this is a very nasty issue not figure out by Windows for many generations of their softwares... I have had over the years operational issues in setup of my observatory, and this is the reason why... "I need a fix!" Mayber there is a button somewhere that need pushing? I will be reading my books nest...

Some software requires exact knowledge of how the port is define wtih its number and they don't like changeds, or the software comes up with an error message or merely gets locks up... Sometimes the third party software merely jump to another number and then things sort-of keeps on working... All this does is builds up surplus InUse COM port numbers...

Help! As I used my first question ever on your site... Please put a smile on my face by giving a easy answer that will solve this trouble...

I called tech support to fix the follwintg problem "rquires elevation" I am still getting the same thing on numerous sites. Is there
no one that can fix this? Tried you on line solution but it does not work as described.

In recent weeks, I have been experiencing intermittent crashing/freezing of my PC. This sometimes happens 1/3 times a day or I can go a few days without it occurring at all. It is not, actually, a BSOD - just a "straightforward' freeze or crash.

When accessing the Windows Event Log, the common denominator would appear to be identifed as follows:

Unable to open the Server service performance object. The first four bytes (DWORD) of the Data section contains the status code.

I would consider myself reasonably computer savvy, describing myself as a software 'Geek', in addition to having set-up remote computing facilities. However, this is difficult to readily identify and despite, browsing the Internet extensively, I find I cannot resolve or prevent this from crash from occurring.

The only 'fix' I have reviewed is accessing 'Windows Services' that requires the 'Server to be restarted' but as this is already running (having reset itself?) I cannot, actually, do anything:

I have 70 GB of data on my c:/user/AppData/Roaming folder. I have a space issue because my Win11 OS is insalled on a M.2 SSD drive with 120GB. I've moved the My Documents folders to a standard 2TB drive and told windows to install all apps on the large drive. I would like to keep the OS boot disk limited to windows only and make my boot quick!

Any tools in Auslogic that would address cleaning up my /appdata/Roaming data?

How to resolve Microsoft activation request when there is already validated OEM version on laptop, and entering the product key that the Auslogics system ionformation report shows as being the valid key for my Win10 install.

my current & active MS365 suite just vanished from the system, and when I try to download/install the apps on my laptop, it get all the way through the process untl final 10% when get error mressage 30015-11(3221225506). I have dismounterd all system defence software (firewalls, defender, anti-virus) while downloading to remove these as potential constraints, and I have enabled the Windows Update features on the services list (cmd - services.msc)- which were showing as disabled. These however always revert back to 'disabled' once leave the page/screen. I also ran sfc /scannow to check for corrupted files - but all good. Can you assist please

I am not using the computer a lot, but BoostSpeed is regularly giving me messages to do scans or to defrag my SSD. How can I reduce the frequency of these messages?

I'm running Windows 10 on my Lenovo Thinkpad pc. For several months, Microsoft Works 9.0 Word Document takes about 55 seconds to initally open the first file. After that, it opens files in less than 5 seconds. I've done Repair and reloaded the software several times with no impovement. Microsoft Word works fine, opening files in less than 5 seconds. Any thoughts?

When windows released their XP version on windows there were a lot of Software Companies selling expensive softwares for Engineering tasks... To secure these advance softwares from thievies,,, they use USB HASP keys,,, that kept operational startups to a specific PC that had a USB ports to allow placement of one of these keys plug in dongles... Then Windows 7 came along and it was the start of half of my HASP starting to fail to work, while some donglescontinue to work... I believe it was the Pro version on Win 7 that had a Xp version attached to it that did help bridge my work a little... Then windows 8 was total failure... Windows 9 never say the day of light... Windows 10 showed up and was so buggy at first, mostly in their third party drivers areas, it was not worth the bother for years... Then Window 11 appeared and once again a solid Windows plateform became realized... But Win 11 has its limits! Now... All versions after Windows 7 failed to support totally all my expensive security keys on all these later versions... I also fully really this long ago and prepare what I would do, and this also included window 7 too... Because of this trouble, I maintain my primary computer running Windows 7 Pro and I also maintain a FAST Dual Xeon Xp computer too... Doing this all my expensive engineering software are still operational, even today... I also know the Hp also does this little trick too... I also complained long ago to Micrsoft many times on this subject, but they ignored me... And,,, I know a insider at Hp who confirmed this for me what I said Hp was doing secretly is true...

Q!uestion: Is there any Third Party solution softwares that can allow Xp era USB Dongle security keys to work on Window 11?

Opinion: I think the answer is NO... I look every once in a while to see on the Internet... But since you said I had a question open, I elected to ask you folks...

Comment: If I were to upgrade some of my Dongle licenses, (And,,, keep in mind that some companies went out of business long ago...) the cost would approach over a Half Million Dollars... They want me to purchase their newer version while my older versions work just fine on my Xp computer,,, when I need to run one of those programs... This is what I plan to do going forward, but if there was a way to run on Windows 11, I like to know how and where...

Comment: It is also been a good thing that many current computer software companies that maintain older versions of window fully understand why this is a good idea to contineue to do... I hope Auslogics does this too... I also put in a comment about your latest Driver software that when I tried it last fail to run on Windows 7 Pro... Not good! I am just pointing this out, because it needs to be pointed out...
