i cant update my windows due to virtual box install
i have uninstall thw virtual box already but still cany install

i have licence for home version
and i install pro version
how can i back to home v

Is there a way i can add my one drive files in to be scanned by the duplicate file finder tool? as 90% of my files/ photos are saved on one drive amd when it scans it doesnt scan it.

I can't access my Windows Settings. When I try to access it the page shows and then goes away. Can your software fix this issue?

I have a pretty decent computer that I had built 5 years ago for online gaming. Whenever I am in a large group setting with 15+ people I get significant FPS loss down to 10-15 FPS. It makes it impossible to play competently and affects my performance drastically in such settings so much so to the point that groups don't want me joining them because it is such a hindrance. My gaming laptop that was significantly cheaper by about $4,000 runs the same game more smoothly in these settings with 15+ people. I would really like to get to the bottom of what is causing this to happen so I can play competently and progress with my team.

my current & active MS365 suite just vanished from the system, and when I try to download/install the apps on my laptop, it get all the way through the process untl final 10% when get error mressage 30015-11(3221225506). I have dismounterd all system defence software (firewalls, defender, anti-virus) while downloading to remove these as potential constraints, and I have enabled the Windows Update features on the services list (cmd - services.msc)- which were showing as disabled. These however always revert back to 'disabled' once leave the page/screen. I also ran sfc /scannow to check for corrupted files - but all good. Can you assist please
