When I use Auslogiics to fire up It seems to take a long time befor I can use it

Why is your software allready more then 4 hours busy scanning my registry. The first 1200 entries went quick but after that things are slowing down. I have 12.186 registry keys

my bluethooth doent work on this laptop so i dont know wht to do or where to go to instaill or update any programs so this laptop would pair with my bluethooth dievices

I have an older PC and thus tought it would be good to get Auslogics Bootspeed 13
I did a scan and followed the recomendations
however I now regularily get the issue that the internet connection to my DNS server is gone
he tells me that the addr. cannot be resolved (see also screen shot in doc)
it seems to go away after a while, without me taking action? - but when it happens it hinders a lot.

could you please tell me that this can ideed be due to cleaning caches, optimizing settings though Bootspeed?
where to fix/repair?

not sure it is the Auslogic cleaning - but it started at the same time
I am using Proximus as provider in Belgium and have the Norton 360 suite installed
running windows 10 (PC seems a bit old to run W11, but it did the trick quite well - till recently :-( )
issue happens on WIFI and Cabled connection

If I use duplicate file finder and click delete is the original also deleted?

Whenever I open Auslogics BoostSpeed to start it does not open , after some 5 mins and several times of tries it will open but is so slow to start to scan ??? After long wait no report on any problems why it did not start. Is this the normal speed of BoostSpeed 13 ???

Sometimes a pop-up behind a screen that I am unaware of, like BoostSpeed, will render an application or camera immobile. How do I keep pop ups from happening? What can I do?

I downloaded Auslogics BoostSpeed 13 Free Edition and read about tasks that would help the speed of my laptop. The only section I used was delete unused programs. It showed me a list and I selected about seven or eight items. And later I opened
my desktop and realized I had lost about 30 shortcut Icons. Many that I still use.
I read thru the inforrmation to try to reverse my action. I used the recovery section but keep seeing a popup window telling me to
turn off my anti-virus and firewall and no data was exchanged (I used a restore date one week earlier.) I tried three different restore dates and they all failed with the same pop-up. My question -is there a procedure for correcting my mistake and possibly recovering my desktop icons? Thanks for any direction.

My question is simple. Can I download and install any of the software you offer on a trial basis and if yes please tell me how.

when I open Microsoft store and the apps i download from it, they open and work fine but their icon in taskbar is fading away.
I repair and reset the Microsoft store but it didnt work.

I am trying to update my Nvidia GeForce GTX 960 driver via Auslogics Driver Updater and it's taking a very long time to install. I began the process yesterday (29/03/24) at around 7pm and expected it to take a long time to back-up the old driver setting and then download the new driver. I've come back to my computer at 30/03/24 at 1pm and it is still installing.

Should I continue to wait (and if so, for how long) or should I cancel the installation and rollback to the older driver?

I have changed my power setting to High without any permission to go to sleep so the PC has not gone into sleep mode mid-process. I have also shut down most non-critical background processes (Steam, OneDrive, etc) to let Auslogics Driver Updater have as much CPU / RAM as needed.
